Love this item and looks, tastes and works just as well as the expensive brand name. Only use it on occasion but am very satisfied. Repeat buyer. Works almost instantly. Relief lasts. Like this bigger size and savings. Easy to open, even in the dark when that nighttime indigestion hits.

Could not make it to Costco to get the lowest price on the Pepcid Complete version and decided to try these. We really like the Amazon Basic Care Dual Action Complete antacid. These are less sweet, less expensive (even cheaper than at Costco for the "national brand" as of this writing) and work just as well!!!!

I've been using Amazon's version of Pepcid for a while now, and in terms of effectiveness, it works just as well as the name-brand Pepcid. It does a great job at managing heartburn and acid reflux—no complaints there. However, the taste leaves something to be desired. Compared to the brand-name version, this one has a noticeably chalkier texture and an aftertaste that's not very pleasant. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it definitely makes taking it less enjoyable. I really hope Amazon considers improving the flavor and texture in the future. If they do, this would be a five-star product all the way.

These are really the bomb. If you have any kind of indigestion or heartburn the combination of the two medicines really really works better than something like Tums or chewable antacids. I depend on them a lot and find them very effective

This works and saves you money

The effectiveness of this item is excellent. It has great acid releif that works very fast. When I cannot swallow anything is is the perfect cure. A 5 out of 5 product.

Good price, but they taste terrible compared to Pepcid (very gritty texture).
