amazing for postpartum recovery- these were the same kind they gave me in the hospital. they might not have the witch hazel like the fridamom ones but they stay colder longer for sure

I got these for my postpartum journey. They are huge pads and provide comfort in all areas down there. I have only had a few problems regarding durability and I was unable to use a couple of them because I “popped” them wrong. It provided adequate pain relief, but you had to replace them quite often because they will become warm fast.

These postpartum ice packs are the absolute best postpartum product, hands down. With my first baby, I had a few of these given to me immediately after birth but after that I used the Lansinoh reusable ice packs. I can tell you, the reusable ones are not worth it. You have to buy disposable covers for them and they definitely don't stay cold longer than these do. These ice packs you just crack, put in your postpartum pad for immediate amazing relief. I used them exclusively with my second baby.

I had major pelvic surgery. This really added a lot of relief. It’s worth it. If teetering on should I get a regular pad or one with “cooling” effect…. Go with the cooling approach. It did help with the pain.

These helped me through my c section postpartum, the cooling sensation was amazing, if you add a little cold water to it, it’s 100x better as well, these are the same cooling pads they used at the hospital I went to as well!!

These ice packs are super helpful after giving birth. I had multiple 3rd degree tears and have been in a lot of pain, these ice packs give me a little bit of time where there is some relief with the added benefit of the cold helping with the swelling. They are much easier to pop than the ones the hospital had provided me, though they don't seem to get quite as cold. They are large and bulky, which makes them very awkward to wear because its hard to walk and sit in them, but they do absorb a decent amount of fluid and keeps it pretty contained. The downside is that they don't stay cold very long and after the cold has worn off, you are left with a large warm bag of water in your pants...which is strange and uncomfortable. When you get them it seems like a lot, but I went through my entire box in about three days because I put on a new one every couple hours, day and night. They are also very convinent because you just pop the balloon inside and shake and the reaction inside makes it cold, meaning you can keep them in the bathroom and don't have to run to the freezer to retrieve them. I would recommend this product to anyone who is concerned with the pain they will be dealing with after birth and will definently order them again if I ever have another baby. I might just order two boxes this time instead of the one so they will last a little longer.

For first-time moms excellent product, it helps a lot to reduce pain,I recommend it 10 /10

Must have for post partum recovery. They’re great for relieving pain and seeming to speed up recovery. Went through these like crazy. I’ll definitely have some on hand when we have the next baby. If you have a hematoma, these are an absolute MUST HAVE! They’re not absorbent, but they seem to stay colder for longer compared to Frida mom ice pads.

Estas toallas postparto le encantaron a mi esposa, duran cerca de 1 hora con el frío que generan, son ideales para desinflamar la zona y combinadas con lo que el o la ginecóloga te recetan resultan muy útiles

De las cosas más importantes para comprar en el post parto, creo que no enfrían tanto como otras marcas pero sirven bastante bien.

Excelente artículo para esos días postparto. Aunque venía uno menos de lo que dice el paquete pero de verdad vale la pena la inversión, aunque solo usas como maximo 10
