So, I've been losing a lot of hair over the last 6 months, it's been coming out in handfuls, especially since I had covid last October. I was a but sceptical at trying these, but I'm so glad I did!! They taste great, maybe a little too sweet but very pleasant all the same. After taking 2 per day for the last month, my hair feels healthier and smoother, and I've got new hair growth where I had thinning patches. I'm on my second tub now as I'm going to stick to this brand. I'm really looking forward to getting my thicker hair back. My nails are much stronger too 😊 Excellent product with real results.

These vitamins elevated my b12 to be too high, so I’ve been advised by my doctor to stop taking them. I would be wary for anyone else to take these incase the same happens to you. 240% of b12 daily intake is too high!! Idk why it’s necessary. Apart from that they made my nails the longest and strongest they’ve been, made little difference to my hair though. They do taste good but are on the expensive side.

Too sweet and unpleasant texture

I don’t know how these are formulated in a way which makes them sooooo much more effective than any other biotin supplements I’ve tried on the market (and believe me, I have tried a lot). I only bought this as my final attempt with absolutely no expectations and I’ve been blown away.. For the first time in nearly 7 years my nails are the strongest they’ve ever been! My hair is softer and my patches of sparse hair are quickly filling in! The new strands of hair are so much thicker also!! The taste is lovely and I hope the suppliers never stop producing this! Thank you so much!

This is my first time ordering this Biotin for hair growth. I can't tell yet if this is helping my hair but it's definitely making my nails grow. Yes, I will be ordering more. I like that they are gummy and taste good. I feel it's a good value for money.

Taste good, soft , i’ve been taking them for about three weeks so I haven’t really seen it a difference yet my nails are strong, but I haven’t seen a difference with my hair yet and that’s the main reason I got them

I love the taste. Not too sugary/overwhelmingly sweet. As you get older, as much as you would like to realistically imagine that one day you will take out your expensive Ninja you bought 3+ years ago and start making smoothies. The reality is most of us either don't have time, or find a justifiable excuse. I'm honest and human too just like everyone else. This is why, vitamins and supplements that our body may be deficient of are essential to take that help us achieve a healthy body and mind. Obviously, some take this to an extreme, so please make sure you are consulting a physician and taking them appropriately to avoid hypervitaminosis which can be dangerous. For those who are worried about consuming sugar in their vitamins, I think they sort of miss the three main goals. The main goals in order of importance are: 1. for people to be compliant with taking the vitamin otherwise it can't help them, 2. for it to be effective, 3. and affordable. This Biotin Gummy is all of the above! It tastes delicious (not like that green healthy goop crap vitamins), has 10,000 mcg of Biotin in 2 gummies, and is affordable. Those are more than sufficient reasons!

I bought these gummies to help with hair growth. I really like the flavor and texture (gummies > capsules!) and appreciate that they are gelatin-free. I didn’t give 5 stars because I can’t really quantify how well they have worked. My hair looks healthy and grows pretty fast now but I’m not sure if it can all be attributed to this supplement. I think they are worth a try and will continue to use them. I have purchased 6 bottles so far and have been using the product for that many months.
