Effective, has been helpful sleep aide

Have been using for months! Definitely helping my sleep since I started taking 100mg Suntheanine (purest form of L-Theanine) split in 1/4ths. It helps to reduce my stress! I take a 1/4th tab every 4 hours during the day and the last 1/4 of Suntheanine 30 min before I put 100mg GABA under my tongue!

This 100 mg dissolving sublingual tablet can offer easy customization dosage for a range of calming needs. I’ve bought more expensive brands of GABA supplements with up to 750 mg that are great for occasional night time much-needed deep restorative sleep. And, I’ve used much lower dosages for occasional mild to moderate daytime/ evening anxiety situations. It’s a helpful short-term (2-4 hrs) calming assistant! I highly recommend immediately re-closing bottle cap after each use to prevent humidity from breaking down the tablets since they are uncoated. This will prevent the crumbling issues reported by others.

This product is very conveniently dosed at 100mg per tablet. Other GABA products tend to come in much higher milligrams. I find the 100mg perfect to quiet my mind. I like to take it before bedtime to fall asleep faster and this also helps me sleep more soundly. If I wake up after 3-4 hours, I like to take another tablet to fall asleep fast again. This is great for me as I tend to have trouble going back to sleep when I wake up in the middle of the night. I can’t imagine how I’d react if I took a GABA product of 500mg as that sounds too high for me so 100mg is perfect if you tend to be sensitive to certain supplements. I also like that it dissolves under the tongue to help it absorb well and faster than just swallowing it. So I greatly recommend this product.

This is a fantastic product! I've can say that with confidence because I have been using it for a couple of years now. It tastes pleasant, contains no sugar, and works fairly quickly to calm anxiety or sleeplessness. I highly recommend!

Currently evaluating this product. I took 2 new supplements on the same night, so I have to stop taking each one for a few days to see which one is the culprit. I bought Superior Source GABA 100mg lozenges and twice now I've awoken a couple of hours after taking to minor small red, very itchy rash on the exterior of my neck in the area where the thyroid is located. Other than very annoying and keeping me awake it wasn't life threatening. I don't want to be an alarmist but feel it should be noted and I will have to update once I determine whether it was the GABA or the L-Theanine. Thank you.
