The best!
This is the ONLY eye liner I use because it's absolutely the best! It has a nice black color with shimmer to it. Goes on easily and lasts all day.

Glittery!
Somehow I missed any info that this eyeliner would be filled with sparkle. Lots of small glitter on my lashes and eventually face! I have now researched and ordered the solid black.
