Condor Mesh Tactical Cap

Its a hat, it works well. Camo is to my liking. Quality is great. I have a big head and it fits, so size wont be an issue.

Ok let me explain just how much of a hat snob I am. I am VERY picky on how a hat fits. I have probably 50 hats and I only wear maybe 4 of them. I do not like hats that sit too tall. I tend to steer towards non structured hats or hats that are very low profile. But even then sometimes those will take some weird shape in the front. My favorite hat is made by legacy. It’s a low profile very light structure hat that fits perfect. Now on to this particular hat. I got the condor mesh with the Velcro closure. This thing fits awesome! It’s low profile. And it doesn’t look weird in the front. I will definitely be ordering more of these! This isn’t as good as my legacy hats but damn is it close! I can’t tell you how many hats I’ve ordered, tried them on and immediately threw them in the “nope” pile. This one however will definitely be going in the daily rotation.

Lets start off by saying that the shipment got here super fast, way earlier than the estimated date. The hat itself is very comfortable, of course it has a Velcro adjustable strap. So if you have a huge head like myself it'll fit just fine. The american flag patch that I purchased with it was multitan, it looks perfect on the hat and is the right size for the Velcro on the front of the cover/hat. Not too big not too small. Of course some patches might hang off if they are too big. I'm sure the black and white IR patches will be too big. Some minor things that bug me are that it was made in china (but what isnt now a days) and the stitching is off so the hat is shaped kinda weird. But like a I said minor things, other than that the bill molds very nice and the mesh keeps my head nice and cold. I'd buy plenty more hats an definitely would recommend this. The price is great for what it is.

Aside from the hat wearing out after a year or 2 its a good hat

I might have a slightly larger than average head but this cap was a perfect fit for me and replaced my other similar caps that felt too shallow. The mesh backing also makes a big difference in comfort.

Almost every person in our family has one of these hats! They're perfect for some—keeps the sun out of your eyes but is lightweight and durable.

I got a small fitted black one as well. I love both, but it is nice to be able to expand it if I have a headache or something. The ventilation on this one, but good on the other as well. Less mesh on the black one. I love the way they are sold and still have ventilation as opposed to the trucker style caps that have the stuff plastic mesh. Anyway, Condor makes great hats. Can’t wait to try some of their winter ones. If you are not an operator (me) and just want a nice hate, you will notice a small Velcro square on the top of the hat. What’s it for? Well, nothing for us. Unless you want to find a Velcro propeller or something. Ha. Anyway something to do with night vision or something. Maybe this would be it use to a night time hunter. Not exactly sure what it’s for so I couldn’t say, but I’m sure someone else can. Also, all Condor caps have the loop side of the Velcro on the logo and you can put any standard sized morale patch over it or just display your Condor logo proudly. Your choice. Highly recommend.

Great cap shape. Not the right colour as advertised. I ordered brown/olive two tone, and this is a dark Army green colour

Enfin j ai trouve la casquette idéal aucune sueur hyper confortable réglable pour le tour de tête scratch pour fixer le patch de votre choix sur le haut de la casquette bref un top dans toute situation sûrement la matière de la casquette

But I had to make an exception for this hat. It's purely brilliant. I usually don't expect much from Condor, but I took a chance with this hat. I LOVE IT. Most hats looks weird on my head, they just don't fit right on my big head. Flexfit used to be the go to for hats, but they're new ones aren't as deep. Well this condor mesh hat fits a lot like those old flexfit, while having an adjustable strap. The colour is great and the logo in the Velcro looks super good; no immediate need to put a patch on just to make it complete.
