Really sleek design
Love this band mount as it’s sleek and very conformed. It doesn’t take up a ton of space but has a really good quality to it. Defined happy with it.

Help with Pull-ups!
Perfect! Bought for extra help with pull-ups. I attach it to my PRX squat rack and it gives me just the help I need.

This is a quality product. It is overbought for it's purpose, which is a definite plus in my book. Product comes with all of the necessary hardware to install. Very happy.

Strength and recovery
Using these mostly to rehab my shoulder, but finding lots of things I would normally do with cable machines that can’t be done with free weights. Also lots of increasing tension exercises with free weight. Very useful.

I’m other words, you get what you pay for: this is a solid, very helpful, cool-looking hanger. It’s a little pricey for something so simple, but it’s worth it compared to other options.
