Excellent! Highly recommended.
First, my compliments to Amazon. First pair too small. Exchange on track before I could refresh! Excellent business model and workers. Great coveralls but run small in my experience. I am 142 lbs, 70 in, 39 chest, 31 waist, 31 inseam. Per the chart I first ordered 40R, which were supposed to be roomy. Too tight in shoulders and could not bend or stretch without tension. Hard to don and doff. Thinking 42R should be a perfect fit, but wanting room to wear a light jacket or hoodie underneath, I ordered 44R. Perfect fit! These for work not costume. Confusion about the zipper in reviews. There is what I call a double zipper...one zipper, two pull tabs. Lower pull tab tucks into a little pocket and is virtually invisible. Can be zipped from bottom up for male calls of nature. My experience with these is that the zipper always breaks at the lower end, so I don't like but you may. Usual fix is to sew closed at bottom with nylon. Works. Zipper and large pull tabs are robust and all brass. Pencil slot in one chest pocket, two tool pockets on right leg, and no flaps on any pockets...which I prefer but you may not. Flaps are a hassle. Pass through side pockets and bag type side pockets...which I like better than patch pockets because they can be turned inside out to eject debris. Materiel is a heavy 35% cotton and 65% synthetic...a good mix although I really like cotton more. Excellent 5 star product despite grumbling.

Very good product
They finally arrived, The material is single layer, but heavy. Haven't work in them yet but tried them on. Fit is good with plenty of room to wear a couple layers under it. While they are a little stiff, with newness, they are plenty flexible for work. I am 6 foot, 2 inches tall, weighing about 240, with a 48 inch chest. I ordered the size 50 tall, Their size chart called for 48 tall and it would have been a little small. The coveralls get a 5 star rating at this time, delivery gets a 1 star. Took over a week. Not Red Kap's fault. I also own a Red Kap jacket and recommend their work clothes,

The waistline can be narrow, so take that into consideration.
This review is for others trying to determine the right size. I am 5' 11" tall and weigh 215 pounds. My chest measurement is 44 inches, my waistline is 38 and my inseam is 34. Since my inseam is longer than most men my height, I bought this coverall in the 46 Long size. It fits me fairly well, but not perfectly. I would not want it to be any more snug around the waistline, since I'll be working in this pair of coveralls. So, the waist is good enough and the chest fits even better. The fit at the crotch is roomy enough and doesn't bind. However, the legs are just a touch too long. I'd say about 1/2 inch too long, which isn't a real problem, since I can roll up the leg material and make small cuffs if it bothers me. The material seems fine and it also seems well stitched. Too soon to say anything about durability though.

Great Coveralls for tasks in Spr/Summ/Fall in the South
These coveralls are great and made of a decent quality regular 65% polyester/35% twill combed cotton; I think they are also priced fairly. They are not insulated but work just fine for me in the Spring/Summer/early Fall months in the Deep South as I go about outdoor & auto (can be somewhat messy or greasy) DIY tasks. The zipper seems fine as do the several snap buttons. It took me 3 tries to get the size correct. I’m 6 ft 1 in tall and weigh 242 pounds with a typical “Dad body” (most weight I want to lose is all in my belly :)). I tried a 48 which was too tight, then a 56 - way too big, and then finally a great fit with a size 52. I wear these over a t shirt and boxers or men’s shorts (I don’t wear these over a full set of clothes). It leaves me room in the seat to get on the ground without fear of ripping them; it’s standard poly/cotton twill fabric so it’s not stretchy (no elastene) so you need to get a size that leaves plenty of room! I ordered a regular (not a Tall) and that length is great for my 6 ft 1 in height. Highly recommend these non-insulated Red Kap coveralls/jumpsuit!

Great brand of coveralls!
I’ll be fully honest here, no, I do not work, I actually bought these for my michael myers H6 mask, to complete the look for Halloween, but they didn’t arrive in time, they actually arrived like two or three days later, and honestly, I was disappointed. now, I’ve never had any brand of coveralls before, these are actually my first pair, I’m 5’7, so, I ordered a size 36, thinking they would be a perfect fit, but they were too small, I’ve had trouble putting them on and taking them off, I could barely move my arms around in them, not to mention, they were high waters at the pants leg, and short at the sleeves, with barely any room in the crotch area, so I made a decision to return them for my money back, and then ordered a size 40, I got those in five days, now, they actually fit better than the 36, but I still have a little trouble putting them on and taking them off, their just a tad bit easier doing so with the 40, than with the 36 pair. so, my only issues with the second pair, is that when I raise my arms up, as if I were stretching, the pants leg would rise up to my crotch area, and when I go to sit down, it’s a little tightness feeling. other than that, I can actually move my arms around in whichever position I want to, whereas with the 36, I wasn’t able to do so as much.. also, I’m able to lift up my legs, but not that high, so, in the future, I plan on getting a size 42, and that should be the best fit, as a 42 tall and up, wouldn’t work, because those are for people who’re tall, and also depending on their body measurement. I have some photos with a video of me wearing the coveralls, showing you how they look. I do recommend this brand to anyone, you just have to have a clear understanding of the sizing chart, as it’s really confusing for some people, and that’s all there is to it.

Distance from your shoulders to your crotch is a little small
I bought this with the hopes of wearing this when I work on my truck in my driveway because I keep ruining my clothes. I’m 6 feet tall and 200 pounds. I’m pretty broad in the shoulders and I thought this would be the right size. When it came I tried it on, it seemed like it was the right size and then I started to use it. What’s unfortunate is the distance from your shoulders to the crotch is too short and so as you bend and twist while working on your car, it rides up in the crotch making it very uncomfortable. The other thing I found was that trying to take it off is difficult, due to the width of the shoulders makes it difficult to do by yourself. The quality seem good. I’m going to order the next size up, but I followed all of the directions that the company suggested yet it was still too small so maybe order larger if you’re gonna get this

FALLOUT VAULT DWELLERS COSTUME
All Vault Dwellers unite! All around awesome suit, but if you're like me you're probably wondering how the heck this fits. So lemme give you our experience. First, huge thanks to Amazon for having free shipping (Prime) and free returns. I had a hard time determining trunk length on this jumpsuit. I even went so far as to tweet Red Kap and asked how to actually measure my trunk length- to no avail. FOR WOMEN: Go for the free returns if you're not sure on your size. I couldn't get a gauge on anything because my proportions aren't manly and my body is long. I'm 5'7, 175lbs, top heavy with a freakishly long torso. I originally ordered the 44 Long and the 44 Regular and both were too big for me. The long was especially massive. The long was intensely droopy in the crotch and butt, but the regular wasn't too far off. Returning those, I nabbed the 42 Regular which turned out fine. I was nervous that it'd look weird in the arms, or worse... I'd be rocking some major camel toe and be stuck with the droopy suit I'd have to tailor down. I was pleasantly surprised. My best guess would be that for women with long bodies (such as myself) you don't need to really worry about getting a long if you're 5'8 and under. I'd probably just order one size up and roll with it. The regular is just a hair short in the trunk length on me but it's as good as it's going to get. I seriously can't ask for more. It's NOT a flattering suit, by any means, but it has room for tailoring if needed. Arms and shoulders are just a slight bit bulky, but fits me fine in the bust and legs. If I wear yoga pants and a tank top underneath and raise my arms up I sport a small bit of camel toe, but it's worth the sacrifice in order to find a suit that relatively fits the rest of my body. I won't be doing any jumping jacks in it any time soon, if you catch my drift. I'd likely wear a thin pair of shorts- there are "vents" on the side and I haven't quite figured those out yet. Putting the suit on is fine. Taking it off? Whole other story. I need assistance removing my shoulders and arms from the suit itself due to how close the trunk clips me on my frame. Make sure you have a buddy to yank it off of you come time if you're like me and cutting the trunk size close. MATERIAL: right now is a little bit scratchy, but after some washes and wears I'm sure the fabric will soften. It's a warm suit, so if you're headed off to a con or wearing it in summer, beware of sweating your butt off. I tried this on in A/C and I was warm standing in it. It'll be perfect for a chilly Halloween. FOR BIG MEN: My partner is a whopping 6'4 and comes in at 250lbs. We were worried he'd be rocking high waters and a moose knuckle. Not the case. He tried on the 52, 52 long and the 48 long. He kept the 48 long and it fits perfectly. No moose knuckles and no high waters. Overall looks comfortable on him. COLORS: They're not nearly as bright as they appear on Amazon. The electric blue turned out to be not nearly as electric as we originally were expecting, which we were thrilled about. It looks spot on for what we were hoping for. The Postman Blue was much darker, more of a vintage, dusty blue look. I can't imagine getting the Navy for the vault dweller suit, it would have been way too dark. All in all you can't beat the price, the colors are perfect, and the returns even better. Hopefully this reviewed helped y'all out! Happy Fallout costuming!

Coveralls worked for me
So far so good. These coveralls are getting filthy but that is why I bought it. The material is light weight but thick enough to take the abuse to avoid any rips and tears. I use it for everything I do to service my cars, cut the grass, and anything else that keeps me from getting my regular clothes stained. The fit is perfect and is not difficult to put on or take off. I'm not a big guy... 5'9", 195lbs with a waist size of 34" and size 46 has worked out well for my build. Highly recommend investing in a good coverall if you do a lot of DIY.
