These cooling racks are incredible. I cooked some bacon in a frying pan and when I was done cooking I placed the strips of bacon on the cooling rack and the bacon cooled down until it was no longer hot. The cool bacon was then easy to remove without sticking to the rack at all. The rack couldn't have worked any better.

These cooling racks are made with a great quality stainless steel. They’re quite heavy and don’t rust. They’re easy to use and versatile; I’ve used them to cool baking as well as a roasting rack on a baking sheet in the oven. They work perfectly both ways and clean up easily after with soap and a sponge. I’ve used these under a roast in the oven on a 16 x 12 x 1 baking sheet, they fit perfectly like they were designed as a pair. They hold up in the heat at 350 without changing shape at all. Great for baking and worth the money.

They arrived with damage on the surface of one of the racks. I think the way they were packaged led to one of them being damaged. I am not using them for food, so I don't care. But if I was cooking with these I would be wary of how easy the coating is coming off. Not recommended for cooking 😕

Great addition to any kitchen. Perfect for small batches of cookies, breads, muffins, the list goes on. Easy size to store. Very easy to clean.
