We purchased a new dishwasher and when I went to install it, I was surprised to find that the home builder had used a cheap plastic line for the water supply line to the original dishwasher. There was no way I was reusing that garbage, so I purchased this one from Shark Industries and it is extremely high quality, don't think we'll have to worry about this one ever leaking.

Bought this to replace the copper water supply line in my dishwasher, it fit and work well, no leak so far. I give it 4 stars because of slow shipping and process. I received my item 9 days later.

Sturdy. Easy to install. Good value. I just bought it a little too long. Should have gotten the 4'.

These were exactly the parts I needed to install my new dishwasher. The parts off the old dishwasher looked fine, but the fact is, they are over16 years old, and I felt it was too big a risk to disturb the connections and expect them to last without failure for the future. A failure could be catastrophic. This was chump change in cost to ensure I would have another 16 years worth of service. (If the dishwasher lasts that long that is...) A little blue tape on the fitting towards the dishwasher and tighten all connections. The power cable was stripped perfectly to fit my strain relief and wire nuts. I could not be more satisfied.

The line installed and sealed up nicely. I'll report if that changes. Seems well built. The two ends are not identical. One end comes with what looks like a ferrule (tapered-looking washer) and the other end comes with a flat-looking rubber washer. There's no instruction on which end goes to the brass fitting and the supplier reports "the end which is attached to the brass fitting". So, pay attention to the ends when you receive it. I put the ferrule end to the brass fitting and everything worked. I'm not sure why the ends are different but it seemed to work. I had to use a separately-purchased brass elbow with a garden hose fitting but it worked just fine, similar what this hose came with. Took about 1 turn from snug to feel tight to me on both ends, for your information. I would purchase it again as it appears to do the job.

We were really pleased with this hose and adapter. Together they made hooking up the water supply to our dishwasher very easy. The adapter was exactly what was needed for our dishwasher and the hose was the perfect length for our application as well. Quality seems excellent.

I think it is as a good of dishwasher supply line as you will buy anywhere. I have no complaints and the price was right.
