Fantastic All-Around Weighted Vest — Great for Everyone
The Henkelion Weighted Vest is an awesome piece of gear for anyone looking to level up their workouts. It’s comfortable, well-made, and super versatile — perfect for men, women, and even kids (with proper supervision). The included weights make it easy to get started right away. • Adjustable weight: You can add or remove weights to match your fitness level, which is great for progressive training. • Comfortable fit: The vest sits snugly without bouncing around during runs, jumps, or strength training. • Universal use: I’ve used it for walking, bodyweight exercises, and HIIT sessions — and it works beautifully across them all. • Quality build: The materials feel durable and the design feels thoughtful, with good padding where it counts. A few notes: • It does feel heavier than expected when first putting it on, but that’s exactly the point — it’s challenging! • Make sure you adjust it properly so it doesn’t restrict breathing during intense workouts. Bottom line: If you want to add resistance to your workouts without bulking up equipment, the Henkelion Weighted Vest is a great choice. I’d recommend it for anyone from beginners to advanced athletes.

Very comfortable
190lb guy, I have the 20b best. I also have the goruck plate carrier, another off brand vest from amazon, 5.11 weighted vest and the wildgym feather ruck. The goruck plate carrier is a super solid build, but really uncomfortable. 5.11 is comfy also. Just got the wildgym, but it seems good. This henkelion vest, so far, is the most comfortable. Its as little thicker, but I think that is worth the comfort. Its not adjustable, which is actually a good thing. My other amazon generic vest is adjustable, and the little weight packs make it uncomfortable. For the money, I don't think this vest can be beat. I have done about hikes with it, so about 60 miles with it. It is holding up, not issues.

GREAT weighted vest !!
This vest is a great item to level up my workouts. The quality is great, no smell and it’s easy to adjust. Weight was perfect for my size and I went by the chart they recommended for my height and weight. It has some stretch to it and it actually really comfortable. I have added to my leg day workouts, walks and slower more controlled workouts. I’m so happy I purchased this !

Great Vest but strong chemical smell that hasn’t dissipated
I’m going to cut to the chase here, it’s a good vest and challenges me as I hike or walk around the neighborhood. I also wanted to use it indoor as well. However, the chemical smell is bad. I’ve let it air out in my garage for months and it still smells. I use it outside but I brought it in for my treadmill and let it sit in that room overnight and it stunk bad. The off gassing is pungent with this. So it fits well, is adjustable, durable, functional but it stinks. Proceed with your own level of comfort with these types of things. I only feel moderately comfortable wearing outside given the stink.

Turn Your Walk Into a Workout
I have a standard walking routine. I walk at least 3-4 times a week, 3.25 miles each time I walk. The first time I walked with this 12-pound vest, I was amazed at how it dialed up my walk. First off, the fit is good. The front closure is adjustable and hit me where an 18-20 inch necklace would hit my chest. I kept the closure snug, but not tight. I don't think the closure would be comfortable for women with big boobs - which is a problem I don't have. I could feel the weight of the vest and it made me stand up straight and focus on my walking form. I was prepared to turn around if I needed to walk back to my car to take it off but by mile two I was getting used to it but I could tell my heart rate was higher than it would be on one of my normal walks. By the time I made it back to my car, I felt pretty accomplished at being able to complete my normal walk (blacktop road with smooth incline and decline on way back - in 85 degree sunny weather). I would not recommend the use of this vest if you are new to walking or working out. As a seasoned walker, I found it challenging in the best way. I plan on using it once/twice a week for a while until I fully adjust to it.

Comfortable
I walk 4-5 miles per day and ordered the 6lb vest in black. It’s comfortable and definitely makes a difference in my workout! You can start slow and wear it a mile or 2 and then take it off. I definitely recommend it!

Awkward fit
It’s fairly uncomfortable and doesn’t seem to fall in the right places. For context I am female, 5’8” and about 140 pounds. I feel like the design is not a “one size fits all”. The underarm curve is right in my armpit (chafing!) and the bottom of the vest ends at my bra line, inches above my waist. I don’t see anyone else having this problem, but it feels very small on me and it’s just kind of an awkward feel to move around in overall
