Core Balance Disc Trainer, 14” Diameter with Pump for Improving Posture, Fitness, Stability

As a parent of three young children—two of whom are neurodivergent—I’ve tried several balance discs to support sensory regulation and posture improvement, and the ProsourceFit Core Balance Disc is one of the 2 brands that I think have comparable quality that I purchased from Amazon. The quality is excellent—the material is sturdy and well-made, and it holds up really well to daily use. I appreciate that it comes with a pump and is easy to inflate and adjust based on how firm or wobbly we need it to be. My kids use it for sensory input and to help with focus during seated activities. My youngest also uses it with her physical therapist to improve core strength and muscle tone. It’s been especially helpful for posture and sensory regulation. I also love using this disc for my own home workouts—it's great for balance training, core exercises, and even as a seat cushion to encourage better posture while working. Highly recommend this for families looking for functional, versatile tools that support both kids and adults in staying active and regulated!

We bought this for our toddler over 3 years ago at the suggestion of her physical therapist and still use it all the time for balance games and just sitting. We've had to add air periodically, this is a fantastic disc.

I use this for dog gymnastics as a challenge to the dogs for balance and to keep them mentally active to balance on it. I have 2 medium size dogs and it works well for them, but if I had to use it for myself it would be too small for me to balance on. It is well made, the pump works well and I like that it has 2 different textures I can use for them to balance on.

This pillow is particularly good when sitting at a computer. It allows me to move my spine as I sit. So much better than being locked in a postural slump. I also like being boosted a couple of inches taller, which helps with the angle of my hands on a keyboard. It is important to inflate it comfortably, it isn’t good with too much air. 👍👍

We got this for our child that has special needs, to help with balance. They use one in his PT class, so we got one just like theirs. It works fantastic! It is very durable, sturdy, and holds air well. All of us have stepped on this squishy guy, and my husband is 275 pounds.

For Physical therapy feet movement, I use as footstool while sitting in my wheelchair. Makes a comfy foot cushion gives me encouragement to keep pushing down feet & toes to provide strength. Helped to include air pump. Stays on the floor little points. Comfortable on feet on smooth side. Helps to enjoy the fun exercise of feet & legs.

Needle immediately broke. It was flat on the end that was stuck to the screw for some reason. As soon as I put it in the disc it broke off.

It’s great for working on your core or just standing on while working.

I can recommend this product for ankle strenthening. We've been using it for the last four months, simply standing on it while maintaining balance becomes a workout for those little-used muscles that we all rely on. My opinion is that this is more effective than a Boso for this particular exercise. Quality-wise, the material feels robust, and it takes my 185lbs easily and has not leaked yet. I like that it is very small, we leave it on the floor and it doesn't get in the way.
