The STIGA Flow Outdoor Racket is a very durable racket specifically designed to be weather and shock resistant for both indoor and outdoor play. The Flow Racket allows you to play wherever the game may take you and is perfect for the recreational player. The hardness of the blade offers superior control and spin for an indoor/outdoor racket. This racket can stand up to intense play with a handle made of thermoplastic elastomers and a blade made of polypropylene and glass fibers. The STIGA Flow Outdoor Racket is the perfect accessory for STIGA outdoor tables, the Baja and Coronado. Pair this racket with STIGA Outdoor Balls.

Penny-Wise, Pound-Foolish
I recently purchased a Kettler Outdoor table tennis set from Costco, and it included 2 Kettler Halo rackets. I really liked the Halos and wanted to buy 2 more, but I was a bit surprised to see that the Halos sold for $35 each. I saw the Stiga Flows in a sporting goods store and they looked identical to Kettler Halos, but for almost 1/2 the price. So I logged into Amazon and bought 2 Stiga Flows.I received them yesterday, and they are noticeably heavier than the Kettler Halos. So if you're a table tennis expert, you might find this a bit annoying. (I am not an expert.) However, most disappointing was the actual craftsmanship of the Stiga Flows. On closer inspection after taking them out of the shrink wrap, almost all the surfaces of the paddles (3 surfaces out of 4) have a network of ridges underneath them. Look at the veins on the back of your hand. Basically, the Stiga Flows look exactly like that. I'm assuming these ridges are from a really shoddy glue job. In addition, it looks like the rims of the paddles are slightly higher than the rest of the paddle, which will make for some interesting shots.I've tried to put the paddles under a pile of books to see if the veins/ridges/raised rims go away with some compression. Doesn't look like it. So I will probably use these until they start falling apart and then buy Halos. If you are deciding between the Kettler Halos and the Stiga Flows, get the Kettler Halos. Definitely worth the extra money.

Great for constant hard use.
I work at a treatment center and the residents play a lot of table tennis - they are hard on equipment. The wooden paddles always get torn up in a relatively short period of time. This type lasts at least 10x longer than a wooden paddle. They are pretty bomb proof. They have lasted well over a year so far. They are institution tested and approved! More expensive than wooden paddles but you will save a lot of money by not having to constantly purchase the cheaper ones. They have very grippy rubber surface which can put a wicked spin on the ball. Great paddle all around.

Stiga Flow is a horse for outside play
I bought four rackets for outdoor use about 1 and 1/2 years ago. We leave them outside on the table and play frequently. The three wood handle rackets are all falling apart (handles cracked in half, rubber falling off the racket head, etc.). Our Stiga flow racket has held up well. I am buying another one. My boys (ages 13 and 11) both prefer the Stiga flow over the lighter wood handle rackets. The Stiga is heavier but my boys say it has more power and they always fight for right to use it. I prefer the lighter wood rackets for personal use but the Stiga is very solid for outside use and hence I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is keeping their gear outside. I suppose we could bring rackets in and out but that's annoying.

I want to go back to my old paddle :(
Does not hold a candle to my Kettler Halo but I bought this for the durability and price. It's paddle size is better than the Kettler but the spin isn't there. It came with slightly visible waving under the pads (both sides). It has sharp curves at the base (if ball hits there, it reacts horribly) the handle is nice. It's a bit heavy for my liking. And the rubber pads have indents on each center & side from where the molding stopped.

Beware of cracks and breaks.
The design is unique, the racket is hefty, but due to its construction it breaks easily, even during normal play. The racket is channeled plastic on the sides through the center, I'm assuming to allow water to pass through. However, this channeled plastic allows for cracks and damage to appear in the structure of the racket. I still use it for now, but I can tell when I hit the ball with a damaged section.

Ok, so, it's a heavy bat... but the rubbers are so amazing the spin should be around a 96 at a min. The power is out of this world. The grip is amazing. This is one of those bats that they just got right. I've been using this for 3 months now and it is a beast. Power and spin are equal to bats I have that were four times the cost. takes a couple of days to get used to the power vs. spin ratio, but then OH-BOY! Again, it is a bit heavy.

Confortable to hold
Very happy. Works well and is so confortable to hold. I bought a wood type paddle that the edges would dig in my hand. L

For those who can't be bothered to put their toys away.
Great outdoor paddle. We live near a salt water bay, they get left out all the time. Incredible. They are weighted a little better than the competition. Because they are solid construction no amount of dropping or banging on the table can crack them.

Perfect if you're tired of breaking wooden paddles.
I bought this as I was tired of breaking wooden paddles. First thing you should know is out of the box this outdoor paddle is very heavy, but it's because of the rubber. I removed the rubber and glued proper rubber onto it, I also shaved the handle as I use an unorthodox grip. It's now lightweight and No more broken wooden paddles. I have gotten used to this now and love it.

Heavy, not sticky, but durable and not expensive
The racket is on the heavier side, but I'm not so good at Table Tennis to mind. It is durable, which is great because I dropped another racket and broke it pretty easily. The padding is not sticky, which means you won't get as much spin on it. Overall, pretty decent for the price and I'll keep it for some time.

Llego algo golpeada de las orillas, sin embargo en comparación una de madera barata está ofrece mucho más control y permite darle mejor efecto
