Kikkoman Ponzu Lime Plastic FS Bottle, 64 Fl Oz I've been buying this ponzu sauce for years, and it's a staple in my kitchen. The flavor is tangy and balanced — just enough citrus to brighten up dishes without overpowering them. It’s nice as a marinade, dipping sauce, or even drizzled over rice or vegetables. I especially love using it in poke bowls and stir-fries. It's lighter and more refreshing than regular soy sauce. The value in the 64-ounce bottle is good, especially if you use it regularly. I wish they'd improve the bottle cap design. I've had a couple of shipments where the cap broke or cracked, but luckily the internal seal held. The hinge is very weak and breaks often. Despite the cap flaws, I keep coming back to it. The flavor is unmatched, and it's versatile. Once opened, it keeps its flavor well for several months if stored properly in the fridge. ✅ Pros: Excellent citrus-soy balance Great for a wide range of dishes Plastic bottle is durable and unlikely to break ❌ Cons: Cap can break if over tightened Cap hinge breaks very easily -- Needs to be improved. I suppose buying 64oz jugs about says it all. I prefer this sauce over soy and love it with sushi and sashimi.

Nice ponzu

It's hard to find the Kikkoman Ponzu Lime Sauce in stores anymore, in the regular serving bottle size. The only choice is to buy large and refill. I am happy to report, being now on the second large bottle, that there is no problem with longevity, as long as the product is kept in the refrigerator, once opened. The container arrived in perfect condition, with no leaks or damage.
