I’ve tried a lot of electrolyte drinks, and Cure Hydration is one of the few I keep coming back to. I love that it’s plant-based, has no added sugar, and still actually works. No weird aftertaste, no overly sweet flavor, and no artificial junk. It mixes easily, is gentle on my stomach, and I notice a real difference in hydration, especially on busy days or when I’m not great about drinking enough water. Big bonus that it’s FSA/HSA eligible, which makes it an easy yes for everyday wellness. Clean ingredients, effective hydration, and no sugar spikes — exactly what I was looking for. Love the taste! This is the best hydration packet in my opinion. I never get tired of the taste and I really appreciate they use coconut water as well. You can taste the difference. It’s not full of artificial sweeteners but still low in sugar.

This functional and yet relatively good tasting electrolyte powder is going to be a very helpful thing for you: 1) If you struggle to drink enough water to stay hydrated; 2) If you are working out; 3) if you will be doing outdoor activities/spending time outside during extreme heat and/or humid conditions; 4) sick and need to rehydrate or maintain hydration The generous size of the package is a good value for the money and the salt, sugar and overall "nutritional" values are there to ensure this is an effective over the counter treatment to help prevent and reverse dehydration and any adverse symptoms of dehydration (or painful muscle cramps, heat illness symptoms).

I tried the Lemon, Watermelon, and Strawberry-Kiwi flavors of Cure Hydration, and I’m officially a fan—especially if you love that classic Citrix-style citrus taste. The Lemon flavor is my favorite: super refreshing, crisp, and even better over lots of ice. It’s got that clean, electrolyte-rich vibe without being too sweet. Watermelon comes in second for me. It’s light and pleasant, but the flavor is a bit faint—still enjoyable, just not as bold. Strawberry-Kiwi was decent, but didn’t stand out as much. Overall, Cure Hydration delivers a great balance of taste and function. Perfect for post-workout or just staying hydrated throughout the day.

I bought this for my daughter and snuck a sip, it’s actually VERY good. I prefer this over other hydration drinks. I love that it’s sugar free, but still offers a great taste. My daughter loves the flavor and says that Cure Hydration gets her through some of her toughest workouts!

It tastes exactly like grapefruit. Quick dissolve. Taking Cure Hydration has been beneficial in keeping me hydrated and combating my leg swelling. Have already purchased Cure Hydration in the Berry Flavor. I am a fan.

I love the smell and the flavors very delicious still has at the end the salt taste but nothing like the ones I have tried before so in my opinion it is very drinkable. Don't like the price as you run out quick so I will be looking for something less expensive that does not taste like drinking salt water.

Amazing product. Great ingredients, clean label is that I like most about this product. Like the berry flavor best. It’s expensive compared to other electrolyte drink products.
