Bad and faulty batteries
Good packaging bad product. The batteries didn’t pass the UPS test and they are near end of life. Brand new batteries that have to be changed every 3-5 yeas. Very disappointed.

Worked perfectly
These came as advertised and worked exactly as they should. They are very heavy as mentioned. There is no core deposit, and it is up to you to return them for recycling (not pre-paid postage). Hopefully you have a local free recycling option, or you can mail them to the center that they offer in the packaging.

1 of my 3 packages came in severely Damaged
Ordered 3 sets for my APC and 1 of the 3 sets came in very damaged. I hate leaving bad reviews and would have considering that this item isn't eligible for return or exchange thru amazon. When I called, Amazon was very apologetic and took care of the situation keeping me a very happy customer. Both Batteries were very warped and unusable. The other two sets I received worked perfectly although one had a bent handle from shipping. Technically, it was the shipping carriers fault for the damage but would recommend to the seller to package them a little better. These boxes don't handle 80lbs worth of batteries very well.
