I love it. Comfortable and fit like a glove. Almost like it was straight from Harley Davidson. Customer service has been jam up. I had an issue with the paint on the bracket. They replied very quickly and resolved it by sending a new bracket out. They did it while not making me feel like I was less of a person or customer. He went out of his way to make sure I had the correct backrest for my motorcycle. He even made sure of the style of seat I had to get me the most comfortable option. The customer service was so good I recommended it to a friend of mine whom also was looking for one. He already purchased and is installing his today. Great customer service.

Gives good support and mounts easily. Could be a tad stiffer but that’s just my opinion. I’d buy it again.

I just got this delivered to me today. It was packaged well and included straight forward installation instructions. It took me less than 5 minutes to install. The instructions mention adding some electrical tape to the end of the bracket to remove any slack which I will need to do since it’s a little loose. Overall, quality is good, install was a breeze, and it provides lower back support.

Product is excellent, easy install (took me almost 8 minutes to do it). looks very nice while on and comfortable in driving.

Anyone can install takes 2 min. Stops me from slouching and pushed me forwards slightly. Turns your softail into a sofa on wheels!

Back support is good does what its supposed to do only downside is the bracket digs in to my lower back a little unless you sit a little more forward in the seat which I don't like so I wear a thick leather belt and let the bracket press on that instead of my back.
