I've only given it 4 stars for 2 reasons. 1) Despite there being a silicon "pad" on the back, this is sufficiently thick to stop my wireless charger from connecting. It may be the style of my particular charger, I'll have to check using a different one and edit review accordingly. You may not have a problem with the flat pad type. 2) Because of the depth of the case, which is good for protection, I find the access to the S pen very narrow and I find it awkward to remove the pen. People with narrower fingers may not get this problem. Otherwise it's a pretty solid case.EDIT: Having checked with a different style of wireless charger, I can report that wireless charging does indeed work with the case fitted. I have a desktop stand type charger base and the width of the case raises the phone suffiently to be out of range of the charging loop inside. I tried with a flat disc type charger pad and it works perfectly.

good case, alan key dosent fit bolts too well so difficult to get really tight and headphone port cover gets very loose and needs tightening a lot. headphone cover also made of cheap plastic unlike the rest of the case which feels like sturdy rubber and metal. hpwever i cant complain as has held up on a building site fairly well and the old iphone 5 equivalent was 50 quid back in the day.

Brought this on other people's reviews but found that you can not remove the pen with this cover on. The rubber cover covering the pen distorts when you open it which makes removing the pen impossible. I have removed the case and double checked that I have it on correctly which I have found I have but it makes no difference. I wouldn't have brought this case if I knew this before

Well built and very durable... only small flaws I would critique.. rubber protector over pen doesnt allow enough space for the pen to release without stiffness.. for such a durable case some for of screen protection would make this absolutely perfect..

Annoying that it doesn't come with a screen protector. Would have to do by trial and error which screen protector would work with this case. Pain in the neck. In the end had to return for refund becuase in poor reception areas the frame (am not calling it the case any more because there is no screen protector ) may affect incoming signal depended how, what attitude you have your phone towards the signal.Reckon it is oversight by manufacturer. Potential customers of thiese types of cases travel to nostile places, I get work assignments to deserts and to offshore, so to supply a frame with no screen protector, what good is that ?

Good solid case. No problems with fitment and seems to be holding up well so far. I would recommend.

This case will definitely protect your phone from a drop and reduce the chance of dirt and debris getting into any ports, though the quality of the materials aren't great. This case has seen daily use and hasn't been exposed to anything that would warrant damage.Starting with the biggest problems, i've been using this case for about 3 weeks and already the rubber on the rear of the case is starting to degrade and wear down. The audio-jack and the s-pen are almost completely unaccessible, the hole which gives room for the audio-jack isn't big enough and the cap covering the s-pen doesn't open and give enough clearance.The rubber material the caps are made of appears to be made of the same low quality material as the rest of the case which means despite the little use the rubber joins are starting to split which will render them useless, though to their credit these appear to be replaceable.I can't recommend this case if you plan on using it long term.

The case feels solid. You know if you have it on. Grandma can't lift her phone any more.Phone seems to struggle to load things since I put it in. Maybe the case is a little tight.
