Nearly Natural 46in Artificial Snake Plant, Sansevieria Faux Greenery for Indoor Home Office Decor

This snake plant is better than real. The small area by our staircase gets very little natural light and I couldn't keep any plants thriving there, including real snake plants. This one looks real and is tallest I could find. It looks great inside a decorative pot! The pot it comes in has dried moss. After I put the whole thing inside my decorative pot, I added faux moss to fill up the decorative planter. Not sure I love the look of the faux moss yet (to no fault of the snake plant) and might change to river rocks. This plant is worth the price!

Looks 100% real. We got rid of the real one because it’s toxic to dogs. No one can tell the difference.

The product looks fine, it’s pretty sturdy, and as long as no one gets close to it it’s pretty passable as a real plant. When you get close, however, it’s very visibly artificial. The big problem is the smell. It’s so overwhelming. I had to toss it the same day it arrived because the chemical stench this thing comes with permeated my entire apartment. I don’t even want to return it because I can’t tolerate the smell being in my apartment until I’m able to get the the post office this weekend. I tried cleaning it, spraying it down with pretty smelling stuff, it just wouldn’t go away. Maybe if you have a house with a yard and can let it air out for a couple of days it could work? But I’m in an apartment so I didn’t really have that option.

My roommate killed my last plants and was asking for more because he wanted more greenery. I bought this, filled the top with dirt, and told him if he could keep it alive I’d get more. He still thinks it’s real 3 months later.

This plant looks so real and would cost double in a store like Crate&Barrel. I’m going to buy a large pot for it because it’s really going to add to the LUXURY quality. Love this product.

This plant is beautiful. It's good quality, realistic and looks amazing in my space. But it STINKS. I could smell it inside the box. Granted, I have a super sniffer, but the odor of mildew from this plant is really overpowering. Hence, the 4 stars instead of 5. It'll be fine, it needs to air out and/or be washed, but for the moment it can't stay in the house.

I'm impressed. I bought this to replace a live Sansevieria that wasn't doing well. This one looks as good as a fresh, live one from a nursery. No one will know it's fake. The packaging was intact, no problems with breakage as some others have reported. No odor, no fuss. I'll be buying another one soon.
