Big Island Bees, Honey Ohia Lehua Organic, 9 Ounce

A special honey with excellent taste. I seems to have a lot of pollen in it. Not very sweet. Whether you like it or not depends on personal preferences, but this one is certainly special (and relatively few honeys taste special), so buy a little jar and try it.

Tastes really good. Its costly. Extra sweet. So you dont need quite as mush in your tea.

I have enjoyed for years Big Island Bees’ raw organic Ohia Lehua Blossom honey for its delicate distinct flavor. The crystallized honey spreads smoothly on toasts and melts easily in hot beverages. My local grocery store who carried the brand went out of business so I have been looking for a seller on Amazon. I’ve had a great experience buying from ‘Buying with Aloha’ and their customer service staff is the best.

WOW! Some of the tastiest honey I have ever had. I bought it for the emergency shelf, but once opened, this barely lasted 2 weeks, as we couldn't get enough. Really, really, really good honey. Only thing better would be if they had it with the comb.

This honey is interesting. Very unique, and given it's relative viscosity I'm sure it's natural and unprocessed. The flavor doesn't offend, but is different in a way I'm not sure I can describe and do justice, however I'll try none the less. It's almost "funky" like a soured fermentation. Not sour actually, still plenty sweet, texture even "grainy". Anyway, it's one for the collection

Very thick, like a paste. It does not flow Off white color and a very mild flavor. Use it in tea, coffee, etc. Easy replacement for processed sugar. Smaller Company with minimal processing. You're getting real honey, watch the YouTube videos on them.

Always delicious, maybe my 6 or 7 time ordering. The last order the top was a little loose, didn’t open up or waste any ho why. I love this as a drizzle on fruit and cottage cheese.

Very expensive. Would like to purchase larger size, like a tub size. When I first started buying this honey 40 years ago, it was around $10.00 for a 5lb. tub. Although back then it wasn't certified. Finest raw Honey available.
