The flavors—Apple, Fruit Punch, Grape, and Strawberry—are all solid, with Apple and Strawberry being my personal favorites. They’re sweet but not overly sugary, and they mix easily without leaving gritty residue at the bottom. In terms of hydration, these work exactly as advertised. They’re great for long days, workouts, or anytime you feel a little run-down or dehydrated. I also appreciate that the packets are small and easy to toss into a bag or keep in the car. I noticed that for some of us it is hard to hit that amount of water we should drink a day. Although the electrolyte packets did not add the proper amount of water to my body, they did make drinking the water taste much better and I also noticed it made me feel better overall daily. Last, it helps your blood consistency.

I buy these every week. I can’t believe I didn’t have these before. You feel so much better after you have one. They keep you hydrated and balanced. I really enjoy these. Even if you have to mix them with more water and if you want to add another small individual water enhancer for added taste. It dissolves okay. Can be a little grittier.

I feel hydrated after drinking. I use one for each 16oz bottled water. The taste is well balanced to me. It dissolves immediately

I've had 2 of the 4 flavors and won't buy these again. They don't taste like their flavor names and the flavoring is very weak.

These are very tasty and work very well! They are different from other brands in that they don’t have all the things but a good buy.
