They work really well
I'm just getting into archery and was looking for some way to reduce the pain in my fingers. I found these and took a chance as i dont want to wear a glove when i shoot. They were a little tough to put on. getting them past the loop took some effort but after that they slid into place. They work really well. I was able to shoot my recurve 40# pull for an hour with these with no finger pain at all. they stay in place well. They seem tough enough to last a good long time and i hope they do. For the price though replacing them periodically wouldnt be bad either. Great product.

New to archery, but this is a finger saver for sure
Being relatively new to archery (having used a crossbow for a long time) I am glad I purchased these finger savers. You don't notice it the first few times you fire the bow, but after 30-45 minutes of practicing, you can feel how raw your fingertips are becoming from the bow string. These made a huge difference and totally worth it. Would definitely buy them again. They're also great for ensuring you get a consistent draw location on the string, which helps with learning to aim and getting consistent results on your target. Huge benefit, but not why I purchased them -- but again very glad that I did!

Great for newbies with bows.
These are decent quality and terrific for learning to use a bow while not hurting your fingers. I have an older bow and it was a bit difficult to get them over the bow string ends but the results are terrific. They've held up to a half dozen uses now and my fingers don't hurt at the end of a practice firing off a hundred arrows or so. While they're not for professionals these are great for newbies and youth alike... Or using on a bow you lend to friends who may not shoot as often.

No instructions, extremely difficult to install, very frustrating, messed up my string and BROKE
The title says it all. Here in the pic is the broken pin that was supposed to "help" string the finger pad on, but also messed up my bowstring. I had to use a folded rag and vise grips to hold the end of the pin to try to get the pad scooched down the string. When I scooched it, it pulled the horizontal bands of string down off the top area before the loop. The pin also messed up the string on the loop. I tried to fix it but it doesn't look the same, and it doesn't feel the same after restringing. What a mess. Now I have to make a bunch of adjustments a few days before an archery tournament. I looked up other name brand installation videos and they were not this difficult. It's like the hole in the rubber is slightly too small. I will never buy this one again and I will never recommend this. I literally cannot wait for this pad to break so I can get a better one.

Purchased these to try instead of a glove. They do work and I am happy. They do lesson the strain on fingers. I still use a glove for shooting many arrows but for the odd shot at vermin these save the time putting on a glove and also the finger burn.
