Proper maintenance is just as important as regular practice if you want your instrument to reflect all the work you're putting into it. The Jean Baptiste care kit provides you with everything you need for day to day cleanings and regular at home tune ups. Review: Logistics and Customer Service - I got this in the mail today. Haven't even had time to use it. The oil was slightly opened and had leaked all over the contents of this kit. Not so disappointed that there is oil gone, more disappointed that everything is oily. I will try to update after I use it on its actual performance. ---------------- UPDATE 09.01.2013 I used this kit and the snake bristles have already started to fall out. I was extra careful to make sure none got stuck inside anything. The big brush is decent. The valve oil and slide grease is decent. Have yet to use the microfiber cloth but the silver polishing cloth is alright. It leaves being a little bit of its fibers. This kit will do for now but in the long run, I will need another snake soon and probably a silver polishing cloth. ---------------- UPDATE 09.28.2013 On 09.02.2013 I received an email from Sam Nash apologizing and saying I would get a replacement valve oil. This has still not arrived.
