I love this product. I have lost 11 pounds. I’m sure if I worked out and ate a little better I’d lose more but I’m so happy with the progress

Definitely works, but use with caution and be careful not to get too dependent on it. I took it in the mornings, and it was like having a cup of coffee. My energy was high, I felt that mental clarity like after being caffeinated, and didn't feel as hungry throughout the day. I felt like my performance overall was higher at work and the gym. No crash or anything, but once I started trying to get pregnant I stopped it. Honestly, I'd recommend just sticking with a morning coffee or green tea, it almost works too well and isn't great for long term goals. Certainly effective, though.

Very large, hard to swallow. I usually can manage large vitamins/pills but what makes these hard to swallow is the TASTE. As soon as the capsules hit your tongue, they dissolve and taste like -what I can best describe as- stale urine. The smell is overwhelming as well. However, I keep forcing myself to take these because I have noticed a drastic change in my appetite. Usually I eat several and many unhealthy meals and snacks per day. I've only been taking it a week and I'm pretty much down to eating only when I actually feel hunger. Which is perfect! That was my goal. Maybe I'm extra sensitive to the taste/smell I'm not sure. I also use other products from the same brand and none of the other have that awful stale hot urine taste/smell, just the metabolove

I truly enjoy this product. I’m not sure if I can tell effects on my metabolism, but I do know it has helped with sugar cravings. I took away a star because it tastes funky, but easy to swallow. It’s a regular sized capsule and can be taken a part if you want to sprinkle the contents into a drink or something. I’ll buy this again

I'm 100% in love with all of the products from this brand. This is my 4th product that I tried & was not disappointed. Gives you energy without the jitters. Paired with a higher protein (not crazy) diet, I didn't feel hungry or like my metabolism was going faster than I ate. Highly recommend for anyone needing a little boost in your weight loss journey.

I was excited to give these a try based on the claim that this contains "Good-For-You Ingredients" However, the first thing you will notice when you receive the bottle is a warning that this product can cause cancer and reproductive health. That doesn't sound like it's good for you. Also, for some reason these smell strongly like bleach or chlorine. I tried them 1 time and simply can't bring myself to try again. The chlorine taste sticks with you for a while, which actually made me want to eat more just to chase the bad taste away.

I’ve only been on these for almost a week and I can already tell a different in my appetite from day 1. It does have a weird smell like all the other comments mention, but nothing you can’t get over. Will definitely be rebuying!

I'm seeing a lot of reviews about the cancer warning. After a quick Google search and I am personally not concerned. So take that how you will or do some more research on the ingredient found in these pills. As for me, they are working! I've lost 5lbs in the last 2 weeks. I use these pills to help that process. I don't take them everyday as suggested instead I do 2 days on and 1 day off. It has helped me curb my appetite and I feel a lot better not binging like I used to. These aren't miracle weightloss pills but they give you that push you might need. As far as taste it's like any other "vitamin/mineral" taste. Not a big deal for me!
