Mustee 26F Utilatwin Floor Mount Laundry Tub in White

This is a great laundry sink. It's the durastone version so it's stronger and thicker than the plastic one (the 27F) and just what I wanted because I also use it as a real utility sink. The only downside of the durastone was that the first sink I received had been dropped and broke in shipping. Bath1 was fantastic - shipped out a new one with more protection the same day I called. Terrific company, terrific sink.

It is a solid tub. The legs are fine but interesting that they warp when you secure them into the tub unit. Seems fairly sturdy though. I fully assembled then saw a broken corner piece. Lesson...make sure to look over the tub before pounding the legs in.

This tub is shipped without any distance or padding between the external cardboard and the walls of the tub which means any side or corner impact has about 1/8 inch of cardboard to protect the tub itself. THE PACKAGING IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR SHIPPING. It took 2 tries to get an undamaged tub. The rubber washers fot the drain go underneath the tub, not where they are visible from the top where one reviewer installed them. That being said, the blow-out diagram is unclear but if you don't understand you should consult a pro. I used some pressure treated wood to strengthen the sheet metal legs. I could just as easily made a sturdy stand because I would not ever trust those legs. For anyone whose ever worked at a deep sink or tub like me they probably push quit a bit against the tub with their hips or stomach and under those conditions I had to fix those legs. If it were to just sit there and only ever have a washer empty into it those legs would be fine. The tub itself is much much better quality than any other plastic tubs I've seen in the stores and I am very happy with it.

Read prior reviews about damage on receipt and was hoping it wouldn’t happen to my sink. Unfortunately one large chipped off piece and a smaller chip as well. Hoping manufacturer can tell me if and how I can patch the damage. My plumber is scheduled so I don’t want to return the item. It’s too bulky anyway. Also don’t want to get another one only to find it damaged as well.

This is a good solid product and very nicely designed. I had expected the legs to be marginal based on one of the other reviews but this was not the case at all. This was an excellent choice, I wish we had bought it years ago. We highly recommend it with no reservations whatsoever.

Purchased this product and stored inside for several months as project was delayed. When we opened the crate the tub had 2 cracks in it. We did open the crate and inspected when received. The crate had no damage when received. Attempted to return for a replaced and was told return period had expired. Very disappointed in this poor customer service as the tube is still in the original crate.

I'm surprised with some of the choices in the design. The leveling feet are pretty much for show, I can't see how they could really hold any weight, so I left them at the minimum, then used plastic shims to level the tub. Once level, I was surprised that some water pools on the bottom of the tubs, I really would have expected them to be sloping towards the drain. There may be some slope, but the rubber washers rise almost 1/8 inch above the surface, they are acting as little dams. The instruction are quite clear not to use teflon tape or pipe dope on them, so I had to cinch them down. The material seems very strong. The legs appear to be weak, but they are designed to support weight. I doubt they were designed to resist twisting as I have read people do to determine if they are strong. I'm tempted to remove the included drains.
