The Original Blend is the perfect beef seasoning, especially when grilling. Do yourself a favor and get the large 25 oz jar, it's more cost effective that way. Amazon sells a $10 adjustable grind, salt mill. The Borsari jars, regardless of size can contains some fairly large pieces of salt. The salt mill sent to a course grind will give you the perfect grind for this excellent seasoning blend.

Borsari Seasoning is a great product which I have been purchasing for a few years. I have found it to be delicious and versatile. However, this was the first time I ordered it through Amazon and although, as a Prime member, I was told that the product would arrive the next day, it never arrived until three days beyond that. I don't know where the breakdown occurred (and Amazon did inform me of delays a couple of times). but I did expect quicker delivery. I easily could have picked it up at Whole Foods and will most likely do so in the future.

Good all around spice when you want a bit more than just salt and pepper. Goes well with most anything.

This is my quick "go to" seasoning for anything I am making - from frozen veggies, hamburger or chicken, and sauces to give them that extra punch of flavor. Just be a bit careful, because it contains salt so don't over season. I often give this wonderful bottle of flavor in gifts to neighbors, for house warmings etc. You just cannot go wrong.

I found this on a whim when placing a grocery order & I’m glad I put it in my cart! It adds a wonderful taste profile to scrambled eggs, or on top of cooked meat. There isn’t a ton of seasoning in the container; but I’m the only one who eats it so it will last a while. I do wish the salt crystals were ground finer.

This original flavor has always been my go-to addition to any beef that I make. Flavor is a nice compliment to steaks and even burgers and allows you to avoid bringing 5 or 6 spices out to your grill every time. I also use their savory flavor for pork and the orange ginger for my salmon and other seafood dishes.
