This product is lightweight. It is versatile and of perfect construction. It is comparable in power compared to other competitive products in the market. I am very pleased with this product and so will you. There are many other attachments to match your need that interchanges with this product. Have Zero complaints about this tool. Worth the investment.

I bought this to use to grind off some surface rust on the frame of an old pick-up. I ended up using it extensively on that project and then scuffed the bed for coating and also used it a lot with a cut off wheel to cut through some welds on another project. No need to spend any more money than this one costs. It works great and I'm happy with it's reliability.

I bought this grinder specifically to use with a belt sander attachment, so it won't get used nearly as much as some of my other grinders. However, I think this is a good value for the average homeowner to use in their garage. It probably won't stand up to the abuse of heavy regular use/abuse, but is a good value for occasional use. I really liked the "lock on" switch, which was one of the main reasons I chose this for my belt sander attachment. This is a nice feature anytime that you need to use the grinders in odd locations or are mounting it in place to use like a bench grinding wheel. Overall, I would recommend this for a homeowner that needs to occasionally use an angle grinder, or for a shop owner that needs a dedicated grinder for small jobs that need a locking switch.

Works well. Expect nothing russe from Craftsman. Would buy again.

Quality angle grinder

I bought this grinder to sand acrylic stain off my deck, and, using a flap disc, it has been doing a terrific job! I love that you can position the handle on top of the grinder, as most of the grinders I saw only allowed you to position the handle on the left or on the right. I have been using almost exclusively the top position for the handle, and am very glad I bought this particular grinder.

This is a great little grinder for the price. If you dont have alot of heavy stuff to grind and only use it once and awhile this is perfect.
