The best!
We have a number of extra-sharp knives for skinning and butchering - this one is by far the best one ever! Very comfortable handle even after hours of work, nicely balanced, and holds an edge really well. I appreciate that it cleans up easily, too. But be careful - it is SHARP! Which is exactly what one needs in a knife.
