I bought this after seeing my son use it at baseball practice. I wanted him to use it at home, especially since it’s a dynamic workout and will strengthen the big and little muscles. It is sturdy with excellent construction. I chose Tidal Tank because it’s used to train elite athletes and it has been holding up with his training facility. I expected it to be more expensive and was happy to see it is reasonably priced. It was a pain to fill. The dye had already opened during shipping. Trying to fill it got water and dye everywhere. The little valve gets stuck in the open position. Use a hose to fill up the big tank, it’ll be a lot easier.
