Must have for acoustic guitars
I try and read bad reviews not just good, to get a idea of if a product does what's its supposed to or does it look like something else is going on. OK, when I first tried using this puller I wasn't too keen on it, until I found out it was user error, if I didn't take the extra fraction of a second to make sure I had the puller at the correct area to slide it under the head of the pin, then works as advertised. Other puller ive used for years metal or plastic at some point in time I would end up getting a scratch from cheap pin pullers. This music nomad puller hasn't done that it also has a better pulling angle when it pulls a pin completely out, I've been using it now for a few months, I didn't want to, get it, try it once, then give my opinion on it, sure it costs a little more but we'll worth it if you take the time (not long at all if you pay attention to what you're doing) to learn how to use this tool correctly, as with any tool, and not think its magically going to just slide onto the pin head without watching what your doing. I've used it on both plastic and wood pins, it worked great on both, especially when a wood pin really sticks into a wood bridge plate.

The best tool you didn't know you needed
While the design seems a little gimmicky at first glance I figured I'd try it out. After using it a couple times this is hands-down my favorite bridge pin puller! It seemed a little awkward when I first tried it, but once you get the hang of it (by like the second or third pin) it's really easy and comfortable to use

Good value for me!
This works as described and is less than $10. Why would anyone complain about the price? Seems like a good value to me! If you ever struggle getting your acoustic guitar restrung, or put it off because you know it’s going to be a hassle to get the end pins out, give this a try.

Small, Handy, Safe and Study Guitar String Pin Pulling Device that won't damage your guitar
Simplicity is sometimes the most overlooked thing in design. This little tool uses simple leverage to gently roll your pin up and out of the bridge of your acoustic guitar. If you need to get to the pin from another angle the curve has a "nub" on it to place your roll up just perfectly for your guitar bridge. No more accidental slips, damages, or beating up the pin. Very strong and comfortable to use. Amazing no one thought of this before. I'm glad a U.S. Company is inventing this stuff and delivering a quality, build even if it is built somewhere else. I'm tired of poorly made gadgets that don't work from other parts of the world - the good news is this one works well. On this tool I can't see anywhere it could fail or wear down.

String changing is a lot less annoying now
I am a fairly new guitar player, and am not a big fan of changing my strings. A big part of the reason used to be that I hated pulling the bridge pins out. I was using one of those muli-tools (string winder, snipper, bridge pin puller) but sometimes the bridge pins would really be stuck in there and I'd end up using a set of pliers. There's a danger of marking up my rosewood bridge or damaging the pins themselves. Well, that's no longer an issue. I bought this device and all I need to do is slip it over the bridge pin, use a rocking motion on the rubber pivot, and the pins come out easily and are gripped in the device. Nothing gets stressed, worn, scratched, or damaged in any way, and it's quick and, strangely enough, immensely satisfying to do. Now I have one less reason to dread changing my strings. This is a device I will use on all my acoustics for the rest of my life, and it is well worth the price. I would recommend it to anyone with an acoustic guitar that uses bridge pins.
