Using this as a left and right pair, Stand Mounted, upright position.Pretty much offers neutral sounding with pretty wide and deep soundstage with height that's just about right. Not as organic or revealing as the higher end Esoteric MG-20 pair that I have on the reference system but this will do for the price of 500 dollars a pair.This pair will put something like an LS3/5a to shame as the NHT has better bass extension and more resolving highs without being fatiguing to the ear.I dare to say, for 500 dollars a pair, this is one of the best kept secret in the industry.Cabinet is piano black finished, very

Great Center Speaker.

I’ve owned NHT speakers for 20 years now. Been through several upgrades and this is my 3rd Center Channel speaker. It is by far the best of all. Research found it rated to be one of the top ten centers. The larger 6” woofers combined with the fact this is actually a 3-way speaker (instead of only 2-way like many others) make for a really prominent sound stage. If you know how important a good center speaker is to a surround system, you won’t be disappointed. I will add that I was really pleased to find this available on Amazon. It was sold out (even on NHT Home Site) and Amazon price was about $100 less than any other vendor. This is a beautiful speaker with great performance at a reasonable price

Awesome speaker at an unbeatable price. I do think NHT are some of the best designed and engineered speakers you can get. I already had six NHT SuperZero 2.1 and love them a lot, so getting this Center Channel for my Home Theater was not a hard choice. I am astonished with their quality and beautiful and clear sound.
