This is the better type of B-12. The methylcobalamin is the naturally occurring B-12 and works in the body faster. I really liked the energy this gave me. With my previous cyanocobalamin B-12, I had to take a dose every 2-3 hours. This lasted a full 7-8 hours for me, so 2 droppers a day and I'm set.
