Excellent quality easy to use.

For all experienced bakers and pastry chefs , i doubt this would be of much use. However for those of us less gifted at determining the the thickness of our pie/flan bases and crusts, this works just fine . The addition of spacers of varying thickness that can be added on to the end of the rolling pin means that even the clumsiest of us can get the depth just right.Just need someone to invent the automatic rolling pin

Purchased for clay. The thickness guide rings make it perfect for my needs. Good large size too. well worth the money.

Does the product meet our expectations? No. The product description is:- FUKTSYSM Rolling Pin - Stainless Steel Rolling Pin.,17 inch Adjustable Rolling Pin. This is incorrect. The rolling pin section measures only 345mm = 13.58". The overall width, including all thickness guides and plastic side screws is 400mm = 16 inches. Less than the 17" stated in the description. The unit is smaller than expected but the quality is excellent.
