I’ve purchased at least 50 of these actuators between the 100mm to 300mm lengths and they have always worked extremely well. Great customer service too! They’ve provided 3D Step files and 2D files to integrate into my designs. 5 star.

Exceptinal customer service. I had a problem and it was fixed. Purchased one of these for a CNC router. Very well made. A bit heavy. Unfortunately I needed to modify it for my application (too long). The guide rods are hard stainless, very difficult to cut. Difficult to turn down end of center shaft also. If you buy one, make sure it is the right size for your application.

I thought this actuator was great quality, better than I expected. It arrived way sooner than it predicted too. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the locking mechanism didn't work when it arrived. I realized the screw was bottoming out in the hole which was making it unable to tighten it enough. So I had to cut 2mm of the end of the screw to shorten it up and it works perfectly now. Overall I think it was a great purchase.

This linear stage actuator was perfect for my custom application machine. the guide is very tight and wiggle free. Yet has very smooth operation. I absolutely love the hand wheel locking mechanism on the ball screw shaft. I contacted CNC Heechoo direct for another one of the locking mechanisms for a different part on my machine and they were very helpful in getting me the parts I needed. When the time comes for another machine I will use more CNC Heechoo products.

This is a well built slide unit with a ball screw to facilitate movement. Fit and finish are excellent. No noticeable looseness on guide bars. Adequate mounting options.

pulled the handle off and installed a Nema 23 motor, works perfect.

Uesd this to build an overhead router, worked better than I hoped for. It is very solid, smoith and no slop. Shipping was extremely fast, recieved four days after placing order.

角度切りする卓上シャーリングのガイドとして購入しました（保温屋さんなら見当がつくかもしれませんが、スリーパー隠しの下駄、或いは袴と呼ばれる材料の加工用です） シャーリング本体と平行になるよう固定し、角度をつけたアルミアングルのガイドが丁度良い高さに来るようリニアガイドのテーブル上にアルミ板を重ねて調整しました 標準のスケールは少し奥まった位置で見辛かったので、アルミの角パイプを手前に設置して位置合わせした貼るスケールを貼り付けました。標準の矢印板を逆さに取り付けると丁度良いです。文字が逆さなのはご愛嬌という事で 早速試し切りをしてみたのですが、スケールを見ながら切りたい位置に合わせるだけなので作業速度が飛躍的にアップしそうです また、ロックレバー無しでもハンドルで動かした位置から全く動かないので、そのまま切れて便利ですね ガタも全くありません。少なくとも弊社の使い方ではこれ以上の物は必要ないです この後折り曲げ加工があるのですが、普段使ってるモリペットV-2ではこの作業には大き過ぎる上にガイドの調整が面倒なので、当該商品をもう一つ追加購入し、卓上ベンダーと組み合わせてやろうと考えています 確かに大は小を兼ねますが、適当な大きさの方がグッと捗りますね

I purchased this product for a hand operated drill press, the quality is good, strong robust construction, made from thick aluminum plates and hardened steel rails and ball screw. Fair price and Fast delivery. Happy with purchase so far - i will update the review after long term use, so far so good. Asked seller for cad file which was sent without any issues. recommend.

Currently using this linear slide to do macro photography. The operation is smooth and there is zero backlash. This would be an essential item for doing picture stacking such as I am.
