Funny, good action

Pretty funny first one and pretty decent sequel. I was feeling a little nostalgic so I forced my daughter to watch with me. She didn't totally hate them. came quickly and though one of the tabs inside the case broke off, the movies were pristine and played perfectly.

One of the best 1980's romance comedies ever made and an underrated sequel to follow up too. Back in the day when Paul Hogan was popular this was his best role ever at the time. They were followed by a third sequel in 2001, but it's very forgettable. And a 2018 super bowl ad which featured Danny McBride and a variety of Aussie and Kiwi actors which acted as a spiritual sequel to these two great movies. However it's hard to beat the original Crocodile Dundee and it's underrated sequel too. Nice blend of comedy and action in both films whether it was saving the beautiful reporter from being eaten alive by a large crocodile. Or battling Colombian drug cartels in the Australian outback. The first film has some very iconic scenes such as boiling cocaine in hot water as a cold remedy or scarring away the mugger with a big hunting knife. Wonderful chemistry between Paul Hogan and Linda Kozlowski. I especially love all the scenery shots of the Australian outback in both movies. Great double feature to watch. I recommend both movies.

The first film was entertaining - although no chemistry between the lead characters and suspend logic. Outback guy who values outdoor adventures with the guys and rich city girl engaged to man who shares her passions - both all of the sudden fall for each other and give up their life for a certain disasterous future together as they see they have nothing in common. The sequel confirms it - the writers couldn't think of any way to make them a couple.

The quality of the DVD was fantastic. I cannot believe how lucky I feel to have purchased the first and second dvds of Crocodile Dundee. I thoroughly enjoyed both movies and will encourage others to purchase copies for their collections.

One of my favorites

I liked the sequel better than the first movie, which is a rarity. Good acting, lots of action, and both DVDS worked as they should.

My husband and I really enjoyed these 2 Crocodile Dundee movies. We loved them when they first came out in the movie theatres and now we have them on DVD to enjoy whenever we want.

This item is US Region 1. It is not playable on my swedish player. Sad.

Never grows old...this wonderful duo of great movies, never quit bringing laughter and intrigue from the outback. Hogan and Kozlowski are priceless, and who can forget "this is a knife", or when she is scared out of her wits by a croc and rescued by "Mick". The second movie is not quite as good as the first, but it is a well written sequel that fills in the love affair between the two leads that is foretold in the opening chapters. Simply delightful movie for couples and romantics alike!!

I have watched these many times in my life .A wonderful picture of wild living in Australia…when the country was young ..full of humour. These movies are just the best for a real bit of fun and a great nights viewing and repeated viewing year after year sitting down with a stubbie ..ie an Australian bottle of beer.
