Great solution for step through e-bike frame!

I am very frustrated - the lock won't open with the proper combo. This is the second one purchased, and time this has happened. I will not repurchase this lock.

The lock appears to work fine. But it came packaged with a cheap and very obviously torn rubber restraining strap to keep the heavy lock in its holster. Kryptonite customer service was the rudest I can remember dealing with--an abrupt instruction to go to the website, while disclaiming responsibility. Hard to have a lot of confidence in the lock.

I like how compact this lock packs to your frame but Kryptonite will not sell you an extra mount. I want to use this on multiple bikes but I only have one mount and need another.

Great lock and is one of the few combination locks that is done this way as all the others seem to be with keys and it has the ability to latch from multiple directions which is really helpful when you don’t have the perfect poll or tree to put it around.
