Stable Digital Signage device
We have 13 of these currently running the Xibo digital signage app. These are Rooted (image provided from Shuttle tech support) and still running android 5.1. I like the ability to have scheduled reboots (perhaps this gives a perception of reliability), and also to install a 2.5" SATA drive for storage. Most of these have been running for over 3 years.

Good product, but need self-service to upgrade Android OS
SHUTTLE support provides the instructions and Android 8.1 firmware after 3 weeks. It is confirmed that NS02A can upgrade to Android 8.1 without additional cost.
