Wow what a relief after 2-3 days of using this pad it has knocked out my arthritis in my knees! Unreal I would of never thought this would work but after watching earthing movie on YouTube I thought why not try it and I’m now a believer in this pseudo hippy tree hugging thing I never would of believed but grounding works! Try it and feel the difference, I’m still in disbelief but my knee pain is gone, I also bought a test unit and it verified everything in the movie with this product. I move it around the house when im sleeping and sitting and I can feel a tingle. I come home from work and my feet are in pain from standing 8 hours a day and I’ll unwind watching tv with my feet on the pad and my feet feel better and my knee pain never acts up anymore just after using this 3 days! Unreal! Wtf is this doing I will never know but after watching the movie im a believer and can attest this works wonders! Now I have to buy earthing sheets along with a few more pads for around the house. Thank you earthing movie you made a big difference in my quality of life!

Make sure you do not have jewelry on your feet, like toe rings. Like an idiot, I put my hands on it to see if I could feel anything, and got zapped, because I had rings on, lol Other than that, it’s a pretty cool item. You can feel the stimulation in your legs with your feet on it.

I bought this grounding mat. It had claims that it was going to reduce pain and inflammation. I did not receive a unit for free. Nobody paid me or gave me gift cards or discounts. This item changed my life. Due to inflammation I was told i had to do surgery. I took no pills, I feel like an 18 year old i can go up and down stairs, my inflammation is reduced. I sleep better. I dream now. wow.

This grounding mat took a bit of trial-and-error for setting it up. It's not complicated. Getting it plugged into the "grounding hole of an outlet, " was my challenge. That was only be because I needed to find an outlet where I could keep the wire out of a walking path, so I wouldn't trip on the wire. Problem solved! Turns out I have an outlet on the wall at the head of my bed where the grounding hole was open. The long cord provided helped in reaching that outlet. I do notice that the mat does move, every so slightly. I have to reposition it about every 3-4 days. I also thought it must be at my feet and I had to have both feet touching it. I later learned that having one foot (toes or ankle) touching it was still grounding me. I haven't had any sensations, like minor vibration, from using it. I'm unsure, at this point, if it is improving my quality of sleep.

DON’T PURCHASE!!!!!! The grounding plug that goes into the wall is the wrong size for American walls!!! Listen to these reviews, they are telling the truth. The plug really does not fit. It is round and the plug needs to be flat on one side, not round to fit into American walls. All you gonna do is do exactly what I did, have to return it after one day purchase at your own risk.!

I like it; I use it when I'm sitting in my recliner watching TV or listening to music or reading, or just taking a nap. It has a very long connection wire, so that should make it handy for just about anybody! I used it a lot when I first got it, and then it just sat there, but now I've begun using it again; now that I think of it, I might just get another one for here in the room where I have my computer. It would be nice to be connected to the earth while sitting at the computer! I get PEMF treatments at my Chiropractor's office twice a month; I always feel energized after those (PEMF is "pulsed electromagnetic field", and it is tuned to the frequency of the Earth's vibrational magnetic field), so I'm looking forward to enjoying a more constant energy infusion from Mother Earth! Oh, ... both the pad and connection wire seem to be of quite durable materials, so I am expecting it to last a long time.
