I’ve been taking this for about a week and a half and I’m happy with it so far. I’ve noticed less swelling in my knees and ankles and my joints feel more comfortable overall.I like that it has things like Tart Cherry, Turmeric, and Quercetin to help with uric acid and kidney support. I have a family history of kidney stones, so it feels good knowing I’m doing something to help prevent them.I also like that it has B-Complex and Vitamin C for general wellness. The tablets are easy to swallow. Overall, I’m glad I tried it and plan to keep using it.I recommended it to my family members as well.

I tried another Uric acid “cleanse” product advertised on Amazon without feeling any real difference. Then I researched the effects of Quercetin on gout. I found this Alerna product and gave it a try.I stopped taking uloric and colchicine to see if I would notice a difference while taking this product. Within a couple of days, I could feel improvement…granted it was not an overnight change, but now after taking it several times a day, I have noticed a significant improvement in my gout symptoms. I just had a splurge meal of Brazilian bbq and normally that would have had me suffering by the next day, but all that red meat consumption didn’t cause a major gout attack like it normally would have. I took the Alerna pills right after the huge meat fest and I was honestly worried that it might not help much, but I’m writing this review to let you know that at least in my experience, it made a HUGE difference in keeping my gout un-triggered …this product is a God-send. I also did my best to drink plenty of water and to not drink alcohol with the meal, which I’m sure helped as well.I’m ordering this on subscription now. It’s that good and recommending it to friends.

Long story short: I'm a 50 yr old female who had been SUFFERING with ungodly frequent middle of the night gout attacks. Had left big toe and right hand middle three finger joint aspirations and all were found 2b loaded with the uric acid crystals. I was flipping out with the severexception pain. Unable to tolerate Indomethacin and the side effects of Allopurinol even worse. I had become severely depressed and anxious due to lack of sleep & yet fearing nighttime when the attacks would hit. I ended up in the ER twice since Jan. At my wits end.DESPERATE to find ANYTHING to help besides COMPLETELY changing my diet removing ANYTHING that could contribute to, aggravate or worsen my gout, I tried several home remedies (2 ounces Apple Cider Vinegar 3x/day, baking soda water -gross!) , supplements (tart &/or black cherry concentrate several x/day, oreganol internally & externally) and various OTC products (such as 'GoutOut') ..... I did experience less frequent attacks, from 5-7 a month to maybe 1-3. However, the severity of attacks were still near unbearable when I DID have them. Four years of HELL!! Due to the yrs of suffering & the toll of flying around the country & all the resulting consequences of having gout, I even had to resign from my fabulous job and a 30 yr career as a microbiology software specialist 3 yrs ago. I've lost EVERYTHING to gout: job, career, financial stability, savings, etc. Disability declined me & id become nearly always besridden, isokated, withdrawn & most functionality had worsened to the point even self care had become so difficult & eventually, not worth even doing enough. I had even begun entertaining notso great thoughts of how I might cause an end to my suffering. Yeah, was THAT bad ....I got my first bottle of this product 'Uric Acid Support" two months ago & immediately followed directions. I'm on bottle number 3 & getting ready to order another.NOT ONE GOUT ATTACK IN TWO WHOLE MONTHS! Not one! Two weeks ago, I even went so far as to again enjoy a couple glasses a week of my beloved Sangria I used to enjoy w/spaghetti ... I just take one extra pill when I have a glass. Yep, STILL no attacks!! yayyyy!I feel I could genuinely be the poster child for this miracle product. I ACTUALLY BELIEVE there was a divine intercession or orchestration or something almost supernatural the day I happened upon becoming aware of this supplement thru researching in my darkest hour. I've lost my GREAT job & career & trust me, can't really afford, but YET, I've been doing SO INCREDIBLY much better than I'll make sure I get to a pawn shop b4 I EVER go without again!Life may actually be looking up for me now & I owe it ALL to this company & this product. I’ve been taking this Uric Acid Support supplement for a little over two weeks. It has some good ingredients like tart cherry and turmeric, and I like that it’s all natural and vegetarian. The pills are kind of big though, which made them hard to swallow at first. I didn’t notice a huge difference right away, but after about a week, I felt a small improvement in the swelling and pain in my joints. It’s not a miracle fix, but it’s better than nothing. I was hoping for faster or stronger results, especially for the price. Also, the bottle could’ve come with more pills for a full month’s supply if you’re supposed to take two a day. Overall, it’s just okay. I might keep using it to see if it works better over time, but I’m not super impressed so far. It’s worth trying, but don’t expect anything crazy right away.

I really like this cherry supplement blend. These have been super easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I also appreciate that the capsules aren't too large. Hoping to see good results with continued use.

The cherry blend makes these easier to take. I have not been taking them long but I have been trying to take more supplements to help my body. These are easy to take and I have not noticed any side effects to that’s great. I will continue to take these daily and if I notice anything that is not good I will try to update.
