Quick and easy install with some clamps
Just piggy backed off of what other reviewers have done. Get some clamps and jerry rig it together, saves time and makes the install easier. The headrest itself seems well built and supports your head and neck well. Mesh is pretty firm and has very little give. Its money well spent so far. Only negative, its the headrest adjustment isnt that smooth for incremental adjustments. But i dont plan on using that feature month. The headrest pivot adjustment is dependent on how tight the bolt on the pivot is. Its works pretty well. Overall I would recommend it to others looking to modify their chiars for their needs

Great purchase: it works very well on a Quantum 9000
I paid only 35 for this headrest and looks/feel amazing. Let me say this headrest is not compatible with a Quantum 9000 out of the box but it is very easy to adapt and let it fit perfectly. My 12 y/old son made the work by himself. He's handy though. He removed the placeholder from back of the chair unscrewing the only screw (it's not easy to do that you need to use an "L" screwdriver because the space is tight and be careful not to damage the net). Then just use a lever and pop up the placeholder. You can now insert the headrest neck to the hole. Take the measures and gently drill two holes (diameter has to be less than the screws you will use and please do not go through the chair frame...first mark where to drill and make pilot holes. Do not use the screws you get with the headrest. Use self-tapping or at least self-drilling screws (that's why a pilot hole is necessary). Hand tight!

A great deal but with caveats.
For the price of $26.00 I got a really nice headrest to add onto my Work Pro Quantum. But, on my version of the chair I had to tinker with the install and use a coping saw to trim away a small piece. Your model chair may not have any issues. I'd test mount with some small c clamps to verify before drilling. If you regularly fiddle with all the adjustments a chair can offer this my not be the version for you. The headrest is adjustable but it is far from "smooth as silk". I still call this product solidly built and a great deal at the asking price. Maybe a 5 star just for the value factor.

Perfect
Perfect addition to my Lorell chair that didn't have a headrest. Was super easy to install.

Not stable enought
It's not very stable, but it's ok to use. It's easy to assemble.

Perfect for random computer chair
I got this yesterday in the hope that it would fit a computer chair that is not designed to have a headrest, and it worked perfectly! I found two nuts that fit on the provided screws, drilled two holes in the chair, and done! 10 minutes. If you buy it as a universal headrest, make sure your chair has a place where you can drill the wholes PROS: - very cheap - fits the design of any black mesh chair - adjustable in height and tilt - as comfortable as expected CONS: - you have to drill your own holes if your chair doesn't have them - you need to find two nuts (it would be nice if they included them) All in all, a great buy for my improvisation.

Bought it for my Quantum 9000, assembly required
I really like this head rest. It looks and feels great. DISCLAIMER: I have a Workpro Quantum 9000 and this is NOT compatible with it out of the box. HOWEVER, as one other reviewer/Q&A person said, it only takes a couple of holes drilled into the chair and your own screws (not the ones included) to make this fit perfectly and securely. I used pointed-tip screws so that I could use a screwdriver, also ones with wide threading, because I figured it would be a stronger hold. For anyone interested in how I did it, read below. To install on a Workpro Quantum 9000: 1. REMOVE placeholder part from back of chair (unscrew middle and pinch/remove two fasteners) - this head rest's "neck will fit precisely into this hole 2. PLACE the headrest mount against the chair's upper frame (with neck in hole) and MARK where to drill 3. DRILL pilot holes (make sure it's not bigger than the screw), being sure not to break through to the other side 4. REPLACE mount and HAND-TIGHTEN into chair (probably safer and should be easy enough for most people) 5. ENJOY

Comfortable and effective, just what my Lorell chair needed, with two small quibbles.
I definitely rate this as a good value to price ratio item. It adds that much needed little extra to spoil myself, a head rest to my great office chair. I can now lean back and have a nice parking spot for my noggin when I am in thinking / TV watching mode. For me, there only two items in the negative column. The first is the pattern of the mesh fabric in the head rest does not match the pattern of the mesh fabric in the back of the chair. The color match is spot on, but the difference in patterns creates a visual design miscue. This is minor, at best though, and isn't the detractor from a perfect score for me. Were that my only item, I would award it a 5. The one item that pulls the mark down from a perfect 5 is that the adjustability choices. The retention for how high the head rest sits cannot be locked. Because it cannot be locked, it can move just a little too easily up and down with a big shrug of the shoulders or putting one's hand on the headrest to move the chair when taking a seat, requiring a readjust from an unintended change. The angle is locked once you set it with the set screws, and so cannot be moved readily on demand without use of a tool.
