This is exactly what it looks like. A nice quality hair band to keep long hair out of your face. I'm using it as I'm growing my hair out over the course of several months. It's just tight enough without giving me a headache. I literally wear it all day during weekdays, from about 7 in the morning until around 7 at night, and it lasts that entire time. It makes your hair almost look braided in the front, which is not unique to this hair band, but it's a plus. Overall, great, and I'll get it again if it ever breaks somehow.

Works well for someone with long and thick hair. Becomes uncomfortable after prolonged wearing but that is to be expected.

I have soft defined curls, and I love how I can have this in my hair and you can still see the curls. It is also comfortable like I have nothing in my hair. (Note: Because I can’t brush my hair due to my curls, I must sort of place it in carefully. If I were to brush it out before placing the wire hair band in there—I’d look like I “Stuck my hair in an electric socket!”)

Exactly as advertised. Even better than expected. It is really good, it does securely keep your hair in place and at the same time stylish too because of the design. The rubberised tips at both ends of the hairband is a good attention to detail as it helps make the hairband comfortable when in use even after long periods of time and doesn't hurt the back of your ear like other hairbands do out there. It deserves more stars than it does now but I am not shocked why this is rated no.1 at the time of this review.
