HD Studio Photogenic Concealer Wand, Medium Coverage - Tan

I have a very odd skin tone. I'm a tan to caramel complexion, but I was told by the makeup artists at ULTA and Sephora that its a mixture of yellow and neutral undertones so most foundation brands don't carry my color. It's very hard to color match because the TAN is usually too light for me, but the next color up is too dark. The artists recommended Makeup Forever or Benefits, which both do have my color, but as you may know, are very expensive. Anyways, I bought those two brands for the past few years never once trying any other brand. I decided to try this NYX concealer earlier this year because of a sale that ULTA was having. I was really impressed by the quality and coverage. Not only does it match my skintone perfectly, it provided ample coverage over dark under eyes and blemishes. I don't even have to use foundation any more. I just use translucent powder over it (Makeup Forever has the best one!). It gives a really natural look, and I get tons of compliments on how great my skin looks (people don't realize I have makeup on). I was expecting to break out a little bit during the transition phase from Benefits to NYX but never did! My skin never noticed the difference.

I don’t know how I managed to get my exact color but this concealer is my exact color and it’s beautiful. When I put it on I thought oh my gosh it’s too dark but then once I blend it in it’s my perfect summer shade. It blends perfectly, it’s not too thick but not too thin, it’s not a foundation it’s definitely a concealer and this is a good brand that is affordable and a good value.

This is my favorite drug store concealer. It stays put all day and doesn't crease. The only thing that bothers me is that the color Tan is too dark for me, the colors before this are Glow and Medium and both are too light! So I mix Tan and Medium for my perfect color. Great coverage.

It is a keeper. Have tried several concealers. This is a good one. Cannot beat the price.

Doesnt blend well at all and dries way too quickly, maybe thats because of my foundation and primer but it dried way too fast for me to be able to blend the product. Dont use as a concealer for eyebrows either because it doesn't blend well for foundation, however, it will blend perfectly with your dip brow or whatever brow products you're using. Completely messes up your brows

This was my first time using this product and I liked it. It was easy to spread, looked great under my foundation, and was a great highlighter in the shade I used. Be careful it dries kind of fast.

This product is a tad bit too light for my complexion, however, its very effective for highlighting areas. Works well with the camera flash without leaving a over the lit effect. It deserves my thumbs of approval. Oh and packaging and delivery was great thanks.

It is sooo gud concealer nd gave me exact coverage nd dont apply it first if u have extreme dark circles first apply ur cream based concealer nd then apply this hd concealer for makeing natural shade

Honestly, I find it ridiculous how good this concealer is despite the price, NYX isnt widely available in the UK so I always order it online. I use this concealer under my eyes, the bridge of my nose and middle of my forehead to 'highlight' before I then contour. I then blend it with a beauty blender sponge which is again a must have, it easily blends and sets pretty fast so once applied, make sure you blend it in before it sets. Have had no issues with this, its the perfect coverage, buildable concealer Covers dark circles with ease. As a note, I dont use this to cover my blemishes as I use a full coverage foundation (estee lauder double wear) and I always buy this concealer in one shade lighter than my skin tone to highlight and cover dark circles. Buy only one shade lighter!! Buy it in too light a shade and you'll have problems blending properly and it wont look good in certain lighting. Oh and if you want to cover blemishes, dont buy a lighter shade, buy your shade or a shade darker as a lighter shade draws attention to it, not takes the attention away. Love this concealer!!

Cobertura ligera, el tono venia mas oscuro de lo que pensé pero bien para lo que cuesta, esperaba mas por ser nix

La verdad lo ordene con mis dudas sobre el color, y salió muy oscuro, nada que ver con mi tono de piel. Tiene buen cobertura y acabado. No deja reseco. Pero si el tono muy oscuro.

Es muy cremoso, pero cumple su función
