ON2E Gate Remote Control by Nice

I bought a couple of these fobs, and they work perfectly without any issues. The package doesn’t include a printed instruction manual, but it does have a QR code that links to Nice’s online manual. To be honest, the manual doesn’t have a quick-start guide, so I had to scan through to find the programming instructions. The instructions provided didn’t work initially, but after some trial and error—and checking some online videos—I managed to program the fobs successfully. (The video methods didn’t work either, unfortunately 😕.) Once I got the new fob to “flash back” from the old one, it worked flawlessly. Overall, the product works well, but be prepared for a bit of patience during programming.

I tried to pair it dozens of times to a working remote and it would not pair. I then used a different remote and it paired first time! It also comes with a battery fitted.

These garage door hand transmitters arrived on time and were well packaged. The build quality felt good and they seemed solid and well made, especially for the price. Unfortunately, despite following the programming instructions carefully, I wasn’t able to get them to pair with my electric gate system. I’m sure this may work fine for others with the correct setup, but in my case I just couldn’t get them connected. That said, I can’t fault the seller’s customer service. The return process was straightforward and the refund was issued immediately, which I really appreciated. Overall, decent quality product and good service — just didn’t end up being compatible with my system
