There's nothing that I could dislike in this pen! This was a follow-up review after describing a Shabby zebra pen I used it in my checkbook and no misses or skips whatsoever! I don't work for the company I'm just like a customer like yourself! I've learned if you want a good pen don't get them at a Walgreens or a store of that nature because you get what you paid for and it's usually junk hook up with Amazon and do your research read the reviews read the description as you scroll down on this product and it it details everything about this pin I love the barrel of the PIN it looks better in person than it does in picture good grip well balanced not cheap looking I believe this guy now when this pen came in today it looks like and feels like a $75 ink pen! Oh! Disregard the red grip on it! You really don't need it at all it's just that I had it and I put it on it why not no charge it's something I had for quite a while! And the other thing that I like is no Clicker in other words to bring the inside ink ball out of its sleek Barrel you just twist the whole ink pen to the right and it locks in place! Then to retract just twist counterclockwise and it brings it back in to replace the cartridge keep going counterclockwise with a little added pressure not much and just keep unscrewing and you get to the stainless steel barrel not plastic and it's a nice size refill that comes with it two of them to be exact and just put in your new cartridge believe me the one that comes with it and you have two others you'll be in business for quite some time just as the manufacturer described it! You can see my name written to the left side and no skips and it Glides no dragging with this ink pen it does just as it promised and plenty of quality to go with it! I'm so crazy about this ink pen I can't find anything to write! Isn't that the way it usually turns out!? But know this once you start writing you won't have bad feelings if it's going to produce it will and much more! I hope you enjoyed this review and this was based on a true story and nothing fictional about it get this pen! Once again out of $1,056 reviews this ink pen retrieved four and a half Stars rating! I bought the Carbon Fiber pen. Description says “imported from Germany”. Package says “Made in China.” For integrity, I would rate it 1 star. But I’ll review for the product, not description. I’ll compare to a Jotter for size, as most people are familiar with it. The pen is large, about an inch longer than a Jotter. Hard to fit in smaller pockets. This may limit its carry-ability. Larger diameter barrel than Jotter, which is easier to hold. Fit & finish is ok, not great. Clip is ok, little wobbly, but I think it will hold. Finishing around the notch where the clip goes into pen top is rough. The pen looks good. I won’t say great, but pretty good. This is my first carbon fiber pen, so nothing to compare to. The refill writes fairly good, more grainy feel that Parker, but acceptable for the price. It’s heavy, which I like.

This is my 2nd Nekigoen Ballpoint Pen… The first one served me very well for about 4 years… I really like them because they are tough, smooth operating and weighty… I like a heavier pen and these fill the bill.. Nekigoen also has cartridges available..

The box is good for gifting, but the pen feels thin and cheap. Not comfortable to use. But, the ink is good and writes nicely.

I bought these to give with leather notebook covers that I am making for Christmas. I wanted a pen with good weight and nice writing. It also had to twist to open/close. This pen meets all those criteria. It feels really good in the hand, nice and solid. I was also pleased with the way it writes too. Some reviews criticized the pen refills, but I found them to write really well. I am very glad I found these and will buy one for me as well.

I am reviewing the "full gray" variant of the Nekigoen Ballpoint Pen, which is a gunmetal gray color twist-action ballpoint pen with an appealing checkered pattern on the body and an arrow-shaped clip that is quite similar to the clip seen on vintage Parker pens. This pen looks great, seems well constructed, and the ISO G2 (Parker-style) refills write smoothly. The pen and two extra refills come in a gift box which would have been nicer without the bar code sticker, but fortunately the sticker could be removed cleanly. At 139 mm (about 5.5 inches) long with an 11 mm diameter lower barrel and weighing 30.9 g, this is a fairly large pen with substantial heft. Unfortunately, the lower barrel is relatively light and most of the weight is located in the upper barrel and clip area, which makes the pen feel a bit top heavy. However, although I would pick a better balanced pen for long writing sessions, this pen is perfectly adequate for short-duration use like a business meeting. I also noticed some tip rattle, but (as I do with many pens), I worked around that issue by wrapping a bit of Scotch tape around the tip of the refill to make it fit tighter. At the current listed price of under $13, this is an excellent value for an upscale looking pen
