Given the price of rosin flux for soldering , a kilo of this will make me enough flux for a thousand years - apart from that it has a multitude of uses, and is the basis for countless products.

I brought this to make my own solder flux, works well, not a lot to say, if it has gotten warm it will clump together so you might need a hammer or something harder than your fist to crumble it, otherwise it will last me for years for how i use it.

Rosin flakes inside.

I take back my previous review it does dissolve in a ban Marie but must be done slowly or it caramelises then it won’t dissolve.

Works great. I have some if it in an old sock for when I need that extra grips on my hands.
