Tamarind sauce
Thought this would just be a more sour tasting sauce, like tamarind paste. It's curry flavoured. It's still nice though

I bought this once in an Indian grocery, loved it, and have never been able to find it since then (despite trying 3 different Indian/Pakistani shops). I was delighted to find it on Amazon. If you have never tried this sauce, buy some now!

Personally, I add to this very spicy sauce some apricot jam and some maple syrup. I serve this sauce with home made Indian naans and tikka massala.
