My wife grows jalapeños at home, and she usually harvests lots of them. This jalapeño holder is ideal for making jalapeño poppers. It is made of steel and is much sturdier than I expected. It is definitely sturdy enough to use on the grill. If your jalapeños are too thin they will fall through the holes if you don’t put a pan or baking sheet underneath the holder, but this is no big deal. The included tool for scooping out the insides of each jalapeño is a nice perk. Really handy and built well.If you like jalapeño poppers, this is a great rack to hold them for the grill, smoker, or oven.

Good quality and the corer works better than other corers on the market. Cleans up well after using in smoker.

Just got this haven't used yet. Looks like it will work fine. For smaller jalapenos your going to need something underneath to support. I've got 1/2 sheet pan fryer rack that will work. The pepper holes are rather large.

Good for cooking jalapeño poppers but unless you are using large peppers, the coring tool is a bit to large and splits open smaller peppers

I just did 54 jalapenos poppers for the freezer. The knife was a great tool made it so easy to get the guts out of pepper. The stand will make the grilling then on grill or in the oven fantastic.
