Easily cleaned a perfect size for a small meal

Functionality claims are false
This product is listed as non-stick and suitable for induction hobs. It is neither. 1. Cooking at a reasonable temperature has left burnt oil staining on the interior which cannot be removed. No non-stick pan I have ever owned has functioned in this way. 2. The outer coating has melted onto my induction hob. It has ruined the glass surface and is irremovable. The seller's claims for the product's functionality are false and customers are being subjected to plain deception. I would award no stars if the Amazon system permitted.

Possibly too small
As you'd expect from a Ken Hom wok, its very well made. I did have to be careful when positioning on gas ring. It is very small however so foods that need to be cooked to a certain temperature for safety need to be small pieces

Good size... Non-stick is poor
I've had this for a few months now. For 2 people it is too small for a full stir fry (I have larger woks for this) but, for example, to fry some vegetables as a side dish it's ideal. BUT.... The non-stick coating is wearing off already, and I always use some oil for cooking so it's not the result of dry-frying on a high heat...

No Customer Service for poor quality product Ken Hom should not be on Amazon site
This is a poor quality product backed by zero customer service. It is the only pan in my kitchen that burns to the point that it cannot be cleaned. I suspect that the surface lining is easily destroyed. It could be a bad batch in production but when I am directed to Ken Hom CS website it does not exist. I urge Amazon to take down this product from your site. I commit to Amazon because I know issues are dealt with; there should be no place for selling products that have no customer service facilities.

Produkt spełnia oczekiwania w pierwszym okresie użytkowania, po około miesiącu pojawiają się pierwsze wżery w powłoce i dochodzi do odprysków, pomimo używania miękkich narzędzi. Tym samym zaczyna się przywieranie produktów.
