Fixed the LE code on my LG WM4270HWA
My LG washer WM4270HWA often reported the LE code (loading error) since day one. I didn't pay much attention and thought it was just because of unbalanced loads. After 7 years, it finally gave up and can't even run an empty load. The LE code is persistent now. After watching some Youtube videos, I decided to take a shot by replacing both the sensor and cables. It wasn't hard, you just need to take some pictures before disassemble every component. The hardest part was actually moving the washer/dryer. :) It worked perfectly and saved me hundreds of dollars, but more importantly the hassle of scheduling appointments and waiting for the parts.

Works, but it is the wrong cable for a LG WM3875HVCA - too short
I have a LG wm3875hvca washer that had the LE error code - order the rotor LG 6501KW2002A still had the LE error. Replaced the wiring with this one and the error is gone. Problem is this cable is to short and you have to make it fit. The exact cable you need is available from the appliance parts internet sites. The rotor also has one plastic clip to many but works fine. When you run the washer there is a lot of movement of the drum, causing the wiring to literally move up and down causing this issue. If you have a problem loosening the main bolt use a 12 inch crescent wrench and hit the wrench with a hammer. This will free up the bolt since it has locktite blue on it from the factory. You wont hurt anything. Hope this helps.

Length is a issue
It’s the exact wiring harness I need, but the length is an issue! The connectors are an exact match, but the end that connects to the motor and hull sensor are a little too short. Specifically the wires that go to the motor! The original wire harness is about an inch or 2 LONGER on that connector, and this part the wires for the motor are the same length as the one for the hull sensor which may be a problem!

Redesigned? Shorter is better here.
When you get this wiring harness there is a screw down zip tie missing for the wires that connect to the rotor position sensor, but since the wires are a little shorter, you don't need it. The wires rest flush up against the back of the tub. I purchased this and the rotor position sensor and that fixed the problem with the drum not wanting to spin or barely spinning and making noise. Since these are the cheapest two parts, I would start with them. I would also spend the extra money and purchase the real LG wiring harness and rotor position sensor. The rotor position sensor was $22 and I know you can get it cheaper but I went with the real LG sensor and this wiring harness was the cheapest at $23. The motor stator assembly looked fine that the sensor plugs into and the splines on the rotor assembly looked good too and there wasn't any play in between it and the shaft. You can buy the center portion of the rotor assembly if the rest of it looks fine and save a lot of money.

Every thing fit great no problems with the connectors or the length of the harness
