Nice brush but it died after 5 months. I contacted them and they sent me a new one. Very pleased.
I purchased this July 2, 2025 and went to brush my teeth and it didn’t work. Today is Dec 2, 2025. Five months is not very good life span. It’s fully charged. I ordered 2 and my husband's works fine. I will reach out to Amazon tomorrow and see if there is anything they can do.

Still going strong after 4 years
I purchased this toothbrush after my dentist saw early signs of gingivitis at my 6 month checkup. I bought this one specifically for the gum health mode to try and reverse the gingivitis. I have had it for 4 years now, and have used it on and off in that time. It’s been great and my dental checkups have been good. No more mentions of ginigivitis, and no cavities since I’ve owned it! That’s a big deal for me as I have struggled with cavities in the past. I have also noticed a difference in plaque when I use a regular toothbrush versus this one. Also, after 4 years I have had no issues with flaking. It looks the same as the day I bought it. The picture attached is from today, at 4 years old.

Best toothbrush money can buy
Over years of trying every major electric toothbrush, this one is hands down my favorite. Compared to Oral-B I've always found sonicare to be a much more pleasant experience and a more conventional alternative compared to oral-b small rotary heads. Lower tier options like the 5900 and 6700 are perfectly useable, comparable even but the 7500 has all the settings I've come to use and rely on. The 9000 series is just one of needless gimmicks: the completely worthless app, a purple light at the base(??) and one extra setting, Tongue Care (like, really?) for another $100 to almost $200 ontop of the 7000 series, absolutely not.

This Is the One to Get
I’ve use Sonicare brushes for decades and have always loved them, but when I recently replaced my old deep pink brush with the new 4100 model, I was sorely disappointed in the motor strength. It was a huge downgrade from my old one that I’d paid a similar price for several years ago. Fast-forward a few days, and I got this 7500 model instead. I didn’t love paying almost quadruple the price tag of the other one, but I thought I’d give it a shot to see if all the newer Sonicare products had gone downhill or if it was just the other one. This toothbrush is SO much better than the 4100 model in every regard. The vibration motor is much stronger and more similar to the speed of my old one (with some added features!), and I appreciate how the pressure sensor works much better. The app is also a nice added bonus, and apparently, 2 minutes is the minimum amount of time you’re supposed to brush your teeth for optimal results? The included portable charging case is also much appreciated, and this model includes both a permanent wall charger for your toothbrush at home and a portable USB one (and the charging brick) for travel, which is definitely better. Overall, I feel like this brush really cleans my teeth well and lets me know when I press too hard on my gums very quickly. I didn’t love the fact that I had to spend so much more for this model to get this type of functionality, but I can definitely say it works nicely and that I’m a big fan. If you’re trying to choose between this model and the 4100, just go with this one, and I promise it will meet your expectations better.

Never going back!
OMG! I had a less expensive sonic care previously, but this one is 100 epic! I love that you can choose from deep clean or gum health, etc. Great battery life. Buzzes to remind you to move to a different section of your teeth. Encourages good brushing. Easy to charge and use.

Stopped working, but Philips is replacing it without a hassle.
Stopped charging after around 8 months; reached out to Phiips and they are sending a new one to me with no trouble.

Price point model seemed right
Purchased for my spouse who has been using the original Sonicare with the screw-on brush. So far, only one week, it is far better. It is not as loud and has more settings which seem beneficial due to the ability to change brushes, intensity and time settings. While I still prefer my Sonicare FlexCare+ with a nice massage feature that is not offered on newer models, this 7500 seems to be one of the best Sonicare brushes available given is features and price point. The app is useless to us. The availability of various brush types is really nice because everyone should be able to find a size and softness that suits them best. I personally use the s2 but spouse likes the a3. In comparison to my Oral B Geniuis, Sonicare toothbrushes sonic cleaning seems to clean better overall while the Oral B is a superior tooth polisher. Spouse is very pleased with the new brush, it is easier to clean this brush and charger. The original screw on brush head was always hard to clean, and thus harbored water and mold. I also tri.ed the new Sonicare Series 7400 and in my opinion, this 7500 is better. You can turn the setting on before the brush, sync to the app if you chose to use it easier, On sale, this is the winner.

Sonicare is good. Expect it to last a year before it reverts to a manual toothbrush.
I've purchased three of these over three years. Every single one lasts about 18 months problem-free, after that the vibration mechanism slowly disconnects from the head mount. My latest brush that I purchased in 2025, stopped working. I will say my first Sonicare from 2008 lasted about 6 years before the battery died - that one was made in USA. The current models made elsewhere will last a year, then stop worked - always the same way. Durability aside. It's easy to use. Has good battery life. When it works, it's great. When it stops, you have an expensive manual toothbrush. Maybe pop for the 2-year insurance?

This toothbrush has multiple modes and multiple intensity options which is great.

Best brushing but will last lesss than a year and compared to the price might not be worth it to buy a new one each year. Couldn’t find anyway to get it fixed or replaced. Disappointed.

I switched from OralB to Sonicare. I prefer the Sonicare in terms of cleaning and various settings. Expect, the durability doesn't seem as great.

After using the Colgate Spin Brush Pro for several decades, switching to this Sonicare toothbrush was startling. I wasn't prepared for the vibration sensation. It probably took me a couple of days before my mouth had adjusted to the new vibrating sensation. Now I love it! The battery life surprised me. I've not experienced any decrease in power after about 3 weeks of use, so I just put it on the charger to be on the safe side. I'm gradually getting used to the ergonomics of the handle (which is quite different from my previous toothbrush). I expect in time, it'll feel natural. My only wish, thus far, is that the duration of brush operating before it shuts off automatically is TOO SHORT! I would prefer having it run for 3 minutes, rather than 2. I'm happy to report that I have figured out how to extend the brushing time. Hooray! Now it's perfect! I've not used it for travel, so cannot comment on that.
